This is a very powerful question. I don’t believe we can ever truly hide from our pain. The most powerful part is finally facing it – embracing our vulnerable side, the parts of ourselves we’ve been avoiding. When we avoid or hide our pain, eventually we hit a ceiling and become stuck.
