The first thing I do is make a coffee. I use a moka pot, so it’s really a ritualized experience for me that allows me to center myself and start the day really present. Typically, when I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is go in the kitchen and make my tea and then I start writing in my journal. I have a gratitude journal that I write my affirmations as well as my gratitude that morning and then I enjoy my hot tea. Read more>>
