Hi Jacqueline, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
I am so Proud to be the CEO and Visionary of CC&N’S CLEANING SERVICES LLC. Established in 2018 with no capital or any idea how to market. I started reading books, listening to podcasts, and eventually was able to hire a business coach. So proud of how far we have come, as I am excited about where we are going.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Jacqueline Linjewile. owner and founder of CC&N’S Cleaning Services LLC.
The company was established in 2018.
We specialize in Residential, Janitorial, recreation vehicles ( RV)/ Move-in/Move-out, vacation home/Airbnb, and general cleaning.
Although we are based in Hillsborough County, our services extend to Pinellas, Pasco, and Orange Counties.
Why do we do what we do? because we are committed to providing clean space, whether for your family or employees. We also take pride in our
‘CLEAN IS OUR MIDDLE NAME’ is our commitment to all our clients.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My grandmother Grace is my why?
I was raised by a hard working grandmother since I was 5 years old.
She had 5 children of her own, yet she raised me, her oldest grand-daughter as her 6th child.
While growing up, I watched her manage a large family farm with workers and a shop/store.
However, when she got home, she switched roles to mom and grandmother. I would find her cooking, cleaning, and helping us with homework.
I learnt to clean to help my grandmother.
In 2018 I started CC&N’s Cleaning Services, in her memory as solo cleaner to help other busy parents like my grandmother Grace.
When did you last change your mind about something important?
When I hired a Business Coach, I learnt to delegate responsibilities. I was not comfortable at first because I was nervous that other people would not be able to do something the way I did as a solo Cleaner.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
