My name is Felicia, and I’m the owner of Exquisite Charcuterie LLC, a luxury charcuterie and grazing business based in Newark, New Jersey. I create curated boards and grazing tables that are not only beautiful, but meaningful. For me, it’s more than just food—it’s about creating moments where people can gather, celebrate, and feel special.
My Story & What Motivates Me
This business started from something very simple—I’ve always loved putting things together in a beautiful way and seeing people smile because of it. What began as a passion slowly turned into something I realized I could build and grow.
As a mom, that motivation grew even deeper. I wanted to create something for myself and for my daughter—to show her what it looks like to turn something you love into something real. Every board I make, every event I do, it all comes from a place of care, intention, and wanting people to feel good.
I’ve had the opportunity to work on different events like weddings, celebrations, and small gatherings, and each one has helped me grow not just as a business owner, but as a person.
Exquisite Charcuterie LLC is something I truly pour my heart into. It represents growth, creativity, and the desire to build something meaningful.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like many small business owners, one of my biggest challenges has been funding. Balancing everyday responsibilities while trying to grow a business hasn’t always been easy. The cost of quality ingredients, supplies, and event setup can add up quickly.
As my business grows, I’m also learning how to manage more at once while still keeping the same level of quality and care that I started with.

I’m the owner of Exquisite Charcuterie LLC, where I create luxury charcuterie boards and grazing tables for a variety of events. I specialize in turning simple ingredients into beautiful, thoughtfully curated displays that feel both elegant and inviting.
I’m known for my attention to detail and the care I put into every setup. I don’t just provide food—I create an experience that brings people together and adds something special to their moment.
What I’m most proud of is building this business from a simple passion into something real. Being trusted to be part of weddings, celebrations, and meaningful events truly means a lot to me.
What sets me apart is the heart behind my work. I’m very hands-on and intentional, and I focus on creating not just a look, but a feeling—something that feels warm, elevated, and memorable.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I definitely wouldn’t be where I am without the support system around me. My sisters, especially, have played a huge role in my journey.
My sister Keiha is the one who truly motivated me to push through with my business and keep going, even during moments when I felt unsure. Without her, I honestly don’t know where I would be. She’s been a constant source of encouragement and belief in me.
My other sister, Justine, has also been a big part of my support. She keeps my spirit up and helps keep me grounded when I need it most. She’s stepped in as my personal assistant at times, helping me stay organized and making sure things run smoothly.
Along with them, I’m grateful for my clients and supporters who continue to trust me with their events and allow me to grow. Overall, my family means everything to me, and they’ve truly helped me keep this business going.
