Hi Anderson, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I arrived in this country 9 years ago with my two children, with the dream of having a business of my own, after having worked for several restaurants and having closed a restaurant in Miami due to the pandemic, I am presented with an opportunity called “Delicias Colombianas” and here I am two years ago, working and giving the best of my day by day, to satisfy the diners
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Face low sales times, have a staff that guarantees excellent customer service, long working hours, often sacrifice family time, to guarantee the proper functioning of the business.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We are differentiated by the quality of our food and excellent customer service, my differentiator is the love I put in all the activities I do.
It makes me feel proud to be able to face difficult times with tenacity, faith and hard work, persist in my dream of having my own business and delight many palates with my seasoning.

What helps me give my best, is everything I have learned from what I have experienced throughout my life.
