Meet Tiffany Sommers of LeT’s Organize

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Sommers.

Hi Tiffany, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
LeT’s Organize opened in 2016, and it is hard to believe we are now celebrating nearly 10 years in business.

The company began with me organizing for family and friends on the side. At the time, I was also working as a nanny and helping families of students I knew. As I began organizing inside their homes, those clients referred me to others, and the business continued to grow naturally through word of mouth. What started as helping people I knew soon expanded into serving new clients and eventually became the company it is today.

We originally started in Austin, Texas, and later relocated to Sarasota, Florida, where we have proudly served the community for almost five years.

At the heart of everything we do is our desire to help people create organized, functional spaces that make their everyday lives easier. Professional organizing is about so much more than placing items into bins and adding labels. It is about thoughtfully decluttering, letting go of items that are no longer being used or serving a purpose, and creating systems that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to each client.

While it is possible to organize a room with everything still in it, the most successful transformations happen when clients are willing to evaluate what they truly need and make room for what matters most. Our goal is to create spaces that function beautifully and systems that can be maintained long after our work is complete.

LeT’s Organize began with my love and passion for organizing and my desire to share that gift with others. Nearly 10 years later, that passion remains at the center of everything we do.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Running a business has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, but it has also been one of the most challenging. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. There are incredible highs when you feel like you are on top of the world, and there are difficult days when you find yourself questioning why you started in the first place.

At the heart of everything we do is a genuine desire to serve others. However, there are always challenges along the way. Whether it is navigating client relationships, managing a team, coordinating schedules, sourcing materials, or adapting to changes in the market and economy, there are many moving parts involved in running a successful business.

When you pour your heart and soul into something, seeing it come to fruition is a truly beautiful experience. I am incredibly proud of myself, my team, and how far LeT’s Organize has come over the past 10 years. That progress has not always followed a straight path. There have been times when it felt as though we moved four steps forward and five steps back, but every challenge has taught me something valuable.

Each client, home, and project is different, which means our services must be thoughtfully tailored to the individual. We want every system we create to make sense for the client, support their lifestyle, and set them up for long term success in their own home. Our goal is not only to create organized spaces but also to bring a positive energy and an overall sense of peace to every project.

I often remind myself that some of life’s most valuable lessons are learned the hard way. I have experienced many of those lessons throughout my journey as a business owner, and I know there will continue to be challenges ahead. Still, we keep moving forward, putting one foot in front of the other and doing our very best each day.

We remain committed to making a positive impression within our community, serving our clients with integrity, and honoring the trust they place in us when they welcome our team into their homes. We put our hearts into what we do, and seeing the difference our work makes in the lives of others continues to make every challenge worthwhile.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
LeT’s Organize is a professional organizing company dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses create spaces that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

We work closely with our clients to declutter and thoughtfully purge items that are no longer needed or serving a purpose. From the beginning of every project, our clients’ needs, goals, lifestyles, and budgets remain our highest priorities. We then create customized systems that make each space easier to use, maintain, and enjoy.

Our professional organizing services include residential and business organization, space planning, and customized system setup. We work throughout the home and business, including kitchens, pantries, closets, offices, playrooms, laundry rooms, garages, sheds, and many other spaces. Garage and shed projects are offered during the cooler fall and winter months.

We also provide comprehensive moving services. Whether a client needs assistance decluttering before a move, packing, unpacking, or completely setting up a new home, our goal is to ensure that every space is organized and functional from day one. We carefully consider how each family lives so the systems we create make sense for their everyday routines.

Additional services include estate cleanouts, donation coordination, senior relocation assistance, and support for growing families transitioning into larger homes. We understand that moving and major life transitions can feel overwhelming, which is why we provide compassionate, hands on support throughout the entire process.

During the fall and winter months, we also offer holiday decorating services. Our team can thoughtfully decorate a client’s home for the holidays and return after the season to carefully take everything down. Decorations are organized and stored in a way that makes them easy to access the following year, whether the client chooses to decorate independently or invites our team back to assist.

Every client’s ideal organizing project looks different. What makes LeT’s Organize special is our ability to tailor each project to the individual. We listen carefully to what our clients want and strive to deliver exactly what they envisioned and more.

Our mission is to ensure that every client feels supported, respected, and well taken care of. We are incredibly proud to have been recognized as one of the best professional organizing companies in multiple areas, including throughout the state. We remain committed to providing the same exceptional, personalized service that our clients have trusted for nearly 10 years.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my journey is the value of truly listening to people.

During our complimentary consultations, I take the time to understand each client’s daily challenges and overall goals. Sometimes the issue is simply the amount of belongings in the home. Other times, it is about creating better systems, changing habits and behaviors, or helping the entire family establish new routines.

Every client, family, and home is different, which is why every organizing project should be thoughtfully tailored to the individual. Whether the project is large, small, or somewhere in between, our goal is to provide exactly the level of support the client needs.

Experience has also taught me the importance of regularly checking in throughout the process. We want our clients to understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, and feel completely comfortable with the direction of the project.

The lessons we learn over time help us improve how we train our team, serve our clients, and grow personally and professionally. Most importantly, I have learned to listen carefully, create systems that truly fit the client’s lifestyle, and provide exactly what they need without adding anything unnecessary.
