Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all — the road has been anything but smooth. A lot of my journey has been shaped by quiet battles that most people never saw. I struggled deeply with my faith at times, especially when things weren’t happening on my timeline. I would pray for clarity, for direction, for doors to open, and when nothing seemed to move, I questioned whether I was even on the right path. That uncertainty took a toll on my confidence and made me feel disconnected from God and from myself.

Patience was another major challenge. I’m someone who has big dreams and a strong work ethic, so waiting — truly waiting — felt like a punishment. I had to learn that delay doesn’t mean denial, and that sometimes the preparation period is just as important as the blessing itself. But that didn’t make it easier in the moment. I would get frustrated seeing others progress while I felt stuck, wondering why my breakthrough seemed to be taking so long.

And then there was the weight of depression. Some days it showed up as exhaustion, other days as sadness I couldn’t explain. It made even simple things feel heavy. There were moments when I didn’t trust myself, moments when I lost motivation, and moments when I had to push through emotional fog just to get through the day. Those seasons tested me more than anything else, because they forced me to face parts of myself I had avoided for years.

But as hard as those struggles were, they also shaped me. They taught me resilience, humility, and a kind of faith that isn’t based on everything going right, but on trusting even when everything feels wrong. I’m still learning, still growing, but each challenge has pushed me closer to who I’m meant to be.

As you know, we’re big fans of Time to be Established Incorporated. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My work centers around one mission: helping people heal, grow, and step into the version of themselves they often don’t believe they can become. I do that through three main platforms — motivational speaking, podcasting, and writing. Each one allows me to reach people in different moments of their lives, whether they’re sitting in an audience, driving to work, or reading in a quiet place seeking clarity.

As a motivational speaker, I specialize in transformation through transparency. I talk openly about faith, self-worth, mental health, and personal evolution. I don’t believe in giving people “perfect” stories — I believe in showing them that broken places can become powerful places. My talks are known for being honest, emotional, and practical, giving people something they can feel and something they can use.

As a podcaster, I create a safe space for real conversations. My episodes highlight the raw parts of the journey — the doubts, the setbacks, the inner battles — and how we grow from them. I’m known for speaking directly to the heart, and many listeners say it feels like I’m saying the things they didn’t know how to put into words.

And as a writer, I turn those same truths into stories, reflections, and messages that stay with people. Whether it’s through essays, books, or spoken-word style pieces, I strive to bring comfort, clarity, and empowerment to anyone who reads my work.

What sets my brand apart is authenticity. I don’t speak from a pedestal; I speak from experience. Every message comes from a place I’ve lived through — faith struggles, patience, mental health journeys, and rebuilding myself from the inside out. I’m not here to impress people; I’m here to impact them.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the connection I’ve built with my audience. People tell me they feel seen, understood, and inspired in a way that feels personal. That level of trust is something I don’t take lightly.

For readers who are new to my work, I want them to know this:
My brand is a home for anyone who’s ever felt unseen, unworthy, or unsure of their next step. I offer speaking engagements, workshops, podcast episodes, written content, and digital resources — all designed to help people find their strength, their purpose, and their confidence again.

At the end of the day, I’m here to remind people that their story isn’t over, their potential is real, and their future is bigger than the pain they’ve survived.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that healing and growth don’t happen on a straight line — they happen in seasons. I used to think progress meant constant elevation, but the truth is that some of my biggest breakthroughs came from the moments I felt the lowest, the most unsure, or the most tired. I had to learn that setbacks aren’t signs of failure; they’re invitations to pause, reflect, and realign.

I also learned that faith isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about trusting even when everything feels uncertain. There were times when I doubted myself, doubted my purpose, and questioned whether I was really built for the things I was trying to achieve. But every time I pushed through those moments with honesty and patience, I discovered a deeper strength within myself.

Another huge lesson has been understanding that vulnerability is not weakness. As a speaker and storyteller, my power comes from being willing to share the parts of my journey that aren’t polished — the times I struggled, the times I waited, the times I fought through depression or fear. That transparency is what connects me to people, and it’s what gives others permission to be transparent with themselves.

Most of all, I’ve learned that I don’t have to have it all “together” to make an impact. I just have to be willing to show up, stay authentic, and keep growing. My journey taught me that purpose isn’t about perfection — it’s about being courageous enough to use your story to help someone else rise.
