Meet Caroline Webster of C WEB COACHING

Today we’d like to introduce you to Caroline Webster

Hi Caroline, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I went to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington knowing I wanted to help people, but I struggled to find the right career path. I constantly changed directions, trying to figure out what felt meaningful. It wasn’t until I went through my own health journey that everything clicked—I realized how transformative a balanced, sustainable approach to health could be and knew I wanted to help others experience the same.

I pursued a field in Fitness and Health, starting with internships in Corporate Wellness and a Women’s-Only Strength Gym. These experiences gave me a strong foundation, where I discovered my real passion as a wellness coach and personal trainer at the corporate bank I worked for. Helping busy professionals achieve their goals—whether through group classes or personalized 1:1 coaching—showed me how powerful individualized support can be.

In October of 2024, I made a big move from Wilmington, NC, to Tarpon Springs, FL, to be with my partner and left my corporate wellness job. It was a leap of faith and I am so grateful for the unwavering support from my partner to allow me to focus on my passion: empowering women to feel better, capable, and more confident in their daily lives. Today, I’m proud to be running a business that reflects my passion and helps women transform their health in ways they never thought possible.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. After graduating into a pandemic in 2020, I was working part-time at two different training jobs, being pulled at both ends while still battling my own health journey. I quickly burned out and made the decision to stay at my corporate wellness job part-time while pursuing a master’s degree in functional medicine.

I completed three quarters of the program before being offered a full-time position at my job. Coupled with significant life changes, I had to put the degree on the back burner. Despite this, I’m grateful for the time I spent in the master’s program, as it equipped me with knowledge that helped me manage my own health challenges. Now, I apply that knowledge to assist my clients effectively.

I still plan to finish the degree one day. Over this time, I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, dysautonomia, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), and other co-morbidities stemming from the hEDS. I believe completing the degree would enhance my ability to support individuals facing similar challenges, extending beyond the coaching I currently offer.

Navigating these personal health challenges has deepened my empathy and understanding as a coach. It has reinforced my commitment to providing personalized, compassionate support to my clients, especially those dealing with complex health issues.

Note: Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) is a connective tissue disorder characterized by joint hypermobility, among other symptoms. Dysautonomia refers to a group of conditions that affect the autonomic nervous system, leading to issues like exercise intolerance and reduced physical activity.

As you know, we’re big fans of C WEB COACHING. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am the founder of C WEB Coaching, a practice dedicated to empowering women through strength training, core and pelvic awareness, and nutrition to create healthier, happier lives. I specialize in working with women navigating pre- and postnatal changes, hypermobility, core and pelvic dysfunction, or those who simply want to feel stronger and move better. With over six years of experience in corporate wellness and personal training, I have collaborated with women across all life stages, helping them find their unique paths to wellness.

My personal journey to health has been transformative. During college, my pursuit of ‘getting healthy’ led me into restrictive dieting and binging, trapping me in an unhealthy cycle that seemed unbreakable. I spent about three years as a vegan, believing it was the sole path to health. Over time, I realized that true health isn’t about rigid rules or extreme diets. Today, I honor my body by choosing foods that make me feel good, embracing balance and flexibility.

In addition to reshaping my relationship with food, I have faced physical challenges since my teenage years, including hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and its comorbidities, such as ADHD, pelvic floor dysfunction, and diastasis recti. These conditions have profoundly influenced my personal fitness journey and my coaching approach. Managing chronic pain and functional limitations has taught me the importance of listening to my body and adopting sustainable methods that reduce pain and promote healing. I’ve learned that health is about balance—not all or nothing—and that movement should be enjoyable, not punishing.

I adopt a holistic approach to training, focusing on the whole person, not just the workout. My coaching considers how factors like nutrition, stress, sleep, and mindset contribute to overall well-being. I believe that true health is about creating harmony between your body and mind, and I integrate this philosophy into every program I design.

During my corporate wellness experience, I developed and implemented comprehensive wellness programs to help busy professionals prioritize their health. I collaborated with individuals and groups to create solutions that fit within hectic work schedules—whether managing stress, improving energy levels, or increasing fitness. This experience taught me that the foundation of success lies in sustainable, habit-based coaching, and I apply this approach in all aspects of my training.

Through personalized strength programs and nutrition coaching, I create plans tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to rebuild strength postpartum, reduce pain during pregnancy, or find more balance in your life, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with empathy, knowledge, and a sustainable approach.

I offer a range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of women seeking to enhance their health and well-being. My offerings include:
• 1:1 Online Coaching: Work directly with me for fully customized strength training and nutrition coaching tailored to your goals and needs. Accountability is key with weekly in-app check in’s and bi-weekly virtual check in’s with me.
• Online Personal Training Programs: Self paced and personalized training programs specific to your body and goals. Best for those who are self motivated and need less accountability.
• Virtual Personal Training: Real-time training sessions conducted through Google Meet, offering guidance and motivation to ensure proper form and technique.
• In-Person Personal Training: I come to your location, making it an ideal option for new mothers or individuals who prefer the comfort and privacy of training at home.

Each service is crafted to provide comprehensive support, empowering you to achieve a healthier, happier life through strength training, core and pelvic awareness, and nutrition.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is empowering women to achieve holistic health and well-being. This commitment stems from my personal journey through health challenges and professional experiences in fitness and wellness coaching. I believe that true health encompasses physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. By focusing on individualized coaching that integrates strength training, core and pelvic awareness, and nutrition, I aim to support women in creating sustainable, healthy lifestyles. Witnessing my clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals brings me immense fulfillment and reinforces my dedication to this work.
