I grew up around real estate.
My mom was an interior stager, and weekends were spent curating pieces from estate sales and consignment shops — learning early how design, detail, and presentation could transform a space.
That foundation led me into property management, then luxury leasing in downtown Chicago, where I sharpened my skills in negotiations, client service, and high-end markets.
Eventually, I made the move to Florida — and found my stride.
Today, I work across residential, commercial, and investment properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast, combining design insight, market strategy, and real-world experience to help clients build something lasting.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Leaving Chicago wasn’t the easy choice — my career there was gaining momentum. I had built relationships, worked in luxury leasing downtown, and was on a clear upward trajectory. But growth has never meant staying comfortable to me. So I made the decision to start over from scratch in St. Petersburg — new market, new network, no shortcuts. It meant rebuilding credibility, learning a different landscape, and proving myself all over again. That leap forced me to level up — and it’s what ultimately shaped the business I’ve built along Florida’s Gulf Coast today.

LeGault Luxe Group is a full-service real estate team specializing in residential, commercial, and investment properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Our work spans luxury waterfront homes, income-producing short-term rentals, development parcels, and strategic investment opportunities. What sets us apart is that we approach every transaction as both advisors and strategists — not just salespeople. We analyze market trends, zoning, rental potential, long-term appreciation, and exit strategy before a client ever signs a contract.
I grew up around real estate and design, which gives our listings a presentation edge, but my background in property management and luxury leasing adds a strong operational and investment lens. We understand how properties perform — not just how they show.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
What I love most about St. Petersburg is the balance. You have vibrant growth, incredible waterfront views, a thriving restaurant scene, art, culture — but it still feels approachable. It’s a city where people are building businesses, investing, creating community, and genuinely enjoying their lifestyle. The walkability downtown, the marina, the energy around new development — it feels like you’re watching a city step into its next chapter in real time.
What I like least? Growth comes with growing pains. Inventory constraints, infrastructure catching up, traffic increasing — it’s the natural side effect of being a highly desirable place to live. But as someone in real estate, I also see that as a sign of strength. Demand means opportunity — as long as we’re thoughtful about how we grow.
