Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It is never a smooth road.! You never can think that your business is going to be an easy ride.
More or less my business has been very successful because of our sincerity, services, exceptional food and consistency.
That is what makes your business to be successful, but never easy.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My work is my world. You have to be in love with the hospitality business. Understand people, try to please their culinary expertise and become a friend to them.
I love to create friendship with my customers.
I am specializing on pairing food with wine.
It is a gift that came to me and I developed.
I am proud of becoming a citizen in this amazing country, Otherwise I probably couldn’t find a way to conquer my dream of becoming a owner.
The differences between me and others is my determination. I came here to make it.
I wasn’t born here, language can be a barrier but my determination helped me to cross all those barriers.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love my city because we have great supporters.
We have two seasons. In summers you get to see all our locals ( permanently residents) and in winter we got to see all our part-times residents.
I love to be involved in community projects and local fundraisers. This is my way to return to our city
I like everything about my city and my state.
