Today we’d like to introduce you to Alyssa Scott.
Hi Alyssa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Two words: Saturn Return. At this point, I was practicing as a licensed mental health counselor, walking alongside individuals and families through trauma, burnout, and transformation. I grasped the depths of people longing to feel understood, beyond the diagnoses ….but as souls. I saw and felt their gifts, but felt as in that setting it had to be in another container. So then the Saturn Return happens….to which my identity was being reconstructed – I dealt with all cycles of life through my family, friends, and a reconstruction of my identity to embody my authentic self. Through all cards being dealt, I literally told myself to “build a cocoon” which is now the foundation of Reach Higher Holistic Service.
I decided I needed to take a journey for self-discovery and therefore I started to wonder. I realized that I was called to add frequency work and embodiment in my service to others. This insight guided me beyond traditional walls and into the sacred, taboo territory — where I discovered sound healing, chakra awakening, and intuitive energy work. The moment I struck my first crystal sound bowl, I felt something ancient me awaken — a remembrance of myself and my intuitive gifts were finally free.
From that point, Reach Higher Holistic Services was born. Reach Higher is a holistic sanctuary that merges frequency, spirituality and personal light to help seekers reconnect with their authentic essence. I began creating immersive experiences — like The Chrysalis Evolution, Womb Evolution, and Soul Sessions designed for those ready to shed, release, and rise. Through this work, Evolve with Alyssa emerged, which in an “off the grid” online community for those ready to align with the rhythm of their evolution. Everyday we align with frequencies and transits in order to flow, not struggle. We tap into the unseen parts of ourselves with light and collective support to evolve. Overall, I am truly aligned to help individuals and groups awaken to their light — through sound, conversation, energy, and sacred self-inquiry. Every experience I offer is an invitation to remember and become.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has been anything but smooth, but I realize it has been beautifully necessary. Every challenge caused an initiation. Through my own adversities I have been guided to embody the very teachings I now share. There were seasons where I felt completely disconnected from my own light — overworked, over-giving, and undernourished on a soul level.
The real turning point came when I began to honor my intuition. I listened to my body, my energy, and my higher self. That meant unlearning old identities, releasing the version of me who was trying to prove, and surrendering to the unknown. There were moments of deep doubt and fear of being misunderstood — especially when stepping outside “traditional” spaces to integrate sound healing, energy work, and intuitive guidance. But I realized that me and my work is not meant to fit inside a box. I have ultimate room to elevate!….whoever is for me will find me and vice versa.

My work is the bridge between the inner light and the cosmic. I’m an Intuitive Guide who helps individuals move beyond survival and into soul alignment. My approach blends intuition and spiritual awakening, which ultimately means it doesn’t just “feel good”, I strive to create sustainable transformation.
Through my holistic practice Reach Higher Holistic Services, LLC and my sacred community, Evolve with Alyssa (EVA), I guide others through experiences that help them release old identities, awaken their energy centers, and embody their true essence. Whether it’s through a Soul Session, a Crystal Sound Bath, or one of my Evolution Experiences, every offering is intentionally designed to restore balance, deepen self-connection, and initiate personal awakening.
What sets me apart is my ability to merge science, spirit, and sound and to hold a space that is both deeply grounded and genuinely transcendent. Many sound healers focus only on the vibration; many therapists focus only on the mind. I feel as though I focus on the integration of both which is how your energy, emotions, and environment are all communicating with you….. and how to bring them into harmony.
I don’t simply “perform” sound baths; I translate energy. I intuitively craft every tone, frequency, and aroma to meet the person or group’s energetic blueprint in that moment. I always call the bowls ‘portals’….because my sessions often become portals of remembrance. Individuals have connected with their inner child, rediscovered their purpose, and released energy they didn’t even realize they were holding.
What I’m most honored about is witnessing the awakening that occurs when someone realizes they were never broken. They get to receive the call back to themself. I feel as through my efforts are to guide that return gently but powerfully.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
For me, mentorship and networking have always been less about “strategy” and more about alignment. The right connections reveal themselves when you are walking authenticity because when your energy and your purpose are in sync. My best advice is to lead with presence, not performance. The most meaningful collaborations and mentors I’ve encountered came from being genuinely curious, open-hearted, and willingness to exchange energy, not words. I believe when you’re in the right frequency, you’ll naturally attract those who mirror your growth, support your expansion, and challenge you to evolve. Finding a mentor, to me, is not about finding someone to “follow,” but someone who reflects a part of your own potential back to you — someone who activates your next evolution. Through my own experience, the greatest mentor wasn’t a person at all but experiences and challenges that forced me to grow. What has worked well for me is staying aligned with my values, sharing my work with sincerity, and letting divine timing guide the rest.
