Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronda Musca.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My path started at a young age, with my enthusiasm and passion for health and fitness. I practiced ballet and tap for 12 years and was not only a competitive gymnast but also competed in the Junior Olympics, placing 2nd all around. I began coaching and teaching dance exercises at a young age and moved onto cheerleading through my college years. All of these experiences led me to study Physical Therapy and Business Health Management in college. I implemented, managed, and have held the CEO and CFO positions in many successful companies. I have multiple certifications and designations. I am an American Council on Exercise-certified personal trainer, Certified Master Trainer, Certified Senior Fitness Trainer, studied Transcendental Meditation, and has a nutrition diploma. I also hold an Advanced Medical Certification in CPR, AED and am trained in First Aid. I am a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
I have worked with many large corporations and professional teams and players. I have set up multiple wellness programs spanning from Tampa Bay to Georgia. Some of my clients included Post Properties, Tampa Bay Golf, Price Waterhouse Coopers, K Force, PSU, JP Morgan, Tampa Police Academy. Players from The Bucs, The Toronto Blue Jays and Florida Marlins have used my services. In addition to our therapeutic services, I have launched a line of CBD products, Joint Jam®. All of our products have been formulated based on feedback from clients in our wellness clinic. My focus is to live healthy and to have total wellness. I believe in addressing all facets of wellness in order to reach optimal health.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Fortunately, I have been well received in the community. My approach to total wellness and lifestyle changes has helped people make incremental changes that are easy to maintain.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I do therapeutic stretching, exercise, personal training and wellness coaching. My company offers a full array of therapeutic modalities to improve the health and wellness of our clients. We have a licensed massage therapist, reflexologist, personal trainer and stretch practitioner. We also offer BioMat and ionic foot bath sessions. What sets us apart is the fact that we have been in the wellness and fitness business for over 26 years. We aren’t simply offering the latest trend. Our services are backed by years of experience with proven techniques. I’m most proud of my CBD line. I saw a need and worked hard to curate a regionally sourced, sustainable product with all-natural ingredients. It has been tested on over 900 people and has been giving numerous people relief without all the chemicals and additives in other mass-produced products.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
I’d say our business manager, Kelly. I’ll have an idea and she always figures out how to make it work, even when it doesn’t seem possible. She always believes in what I’m doing and helps make it happen! Our office manager, Sandi, somehow manages to keep everyone organized and everything in the right place. After that, I’d say my actual clientele. They send me letters, gifts, emails, and flowers thanking me for changing their life. I cannot think of anything better than knowing I have made a difference in many people’s lives.
