We’re looking forward to introducing you to V.I.P. Coach Tia Crockett. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Tia, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
I spent the first 90 minutes of my day very slowly. I focus on preparing my spirit mind and body for the day . I Center myself in meditation and then prayer. I drink a room temperature bottle of water and stretch. Then finally I check my calendar. What may be amusing, is that all of this happens before I even get out of the bed.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Tia Crockett. My husband and I co-founded a company by the name of authentic you empowerment. This company specializes in personal and wealth development. As a coach I help entrepreneurs and Visionaries align their purpose, products, and services to experience increased impact and income. Now what’s unique about my style of coaching is that it’s so much more than business coaching. The alignment that happens as a result of working with me starts from the inside out. My tag on social media is I’m your coach and His prophet. So, ultimately what begins to set me apart from other coaches is the Divine inside of God. I honestly help to spiritually develop the entrepreneurs and Visionaries I work with so that their insight and Intel is more than meets the eye. We’ve created an amazing process and program called The Assignment Alignment Launching Pad and that’s how I’m able to serve my clients seamlessly and proficiently. It took me some time to figure out how to mesh the coach and the prophet together but I knew they could not be separated and understood it will benefit everyone if I stayed authentic and comprehensive in my business. Since the launch of this opportunity we’ve helped multiple entrepreneurs and Visionaries conceptualize, create, streamline and launch their products and services. I’m also a retreat host. I’ve been blessed to create safe and sacred spaces for highly spiritual and high-functioning women of God. These are birthing rooms and incubators. The things we have seen come out of these Retreats our mind blowing and have been life-changing. Everything from business ideas to spiritual Deliverance can happen in our incubator. We’ve also co-authored a book this year. What’s exciting about the book is I was able to write it with my clients. These are clients who have excelled in their Lane of Brilliance because they did the work. The name of the book is The Coach, The Couch, The Altar. It’s a collective work that showcases the effectiveness of the trifecta that is personal development, inner healing, and spiritual deliverance. And with all of this being done our biggest Flex is we get to do it together. My family is always together creating, growing, and simply enjoying life. An authentically aligned life path is the blessing that keeps on giving.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Wow, what a powerful question. Before the world told me who I had to be I was a melodically loud, twirling, adventurous little girl playing in the dirt pretending to be a news broadcaster and Anita Baker. I mean, in my mind, it didn’t get any better than that. Very free and compassionate and I don’t remember a time when my thoughts were not deep.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
One thing suffering taught me that success never could is how to treat people. The things I’ve had to suffer at the hands of those in charge has forever shifted the way I’ll treat people who are in my Mercy. Kindness, compassion, and actually seeing and recognizing who’s standing in front of me will always be my go-to.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
A very important truth that few people agree with me on is that the family of God, that we call the church, should be a round table and not a hierarchy. It’s so important that we begin to build, honor. and respect at a round table in order to achieve progression and growth in the Earth. However, the hierarchical structure we are now working with is the slowest and least efficient way to actually hear from God or execute his plan. That’s my story I’m sticking to it.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
If I knew I only had 10 years left I would immediately stop any and all procrastination. I would move more, take the trip, schedule the meetings, and live even louder.
