Currently, because of the AI demands and the infrastracture of hyperscale data center keep on changing for high demands of data thus leads to more demands of fiber. I am working on product development of the highest count fiber i have ever work in my career as a product development engineer . This complex product development requires a lot of engineering from design, specifications, assembly and manufacturing.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
Growing up in a third world country i always thought that success are only for the rich, famous and for those that are in politics.
Coming to this country, it open my mind that you dont need to be rich and famous to be successful. All you really need is faith, family that loves and support you and belief that in hard work there is no limit to your dream. You can succeed as much or more compare to those where roads are paved by their parents, inheritance and whom you are connected
.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering or what I call valley of wilderness is really where you need to prepare, where your faith and strenght needs to be molded. Suffering to me is where God molding you whom he wants you to be. Its a preparation to a greater purpose. In you suffering is where he wants you to know that it is not because of you but because of him. If you become strong in your suffering and you didnt given up, you will appreciate more the peak and you will be ready when you reach the top.
Without suffering, i wont be where i am today, It is because of my suffering that puts me where i am now.. As i always believe there is a value to every struggle.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
My husband i really admire him a lot. He has taught me a lot of things. He is my wings and my angel.
He always just see the strenght of me not my weakness. He view life and struggles as a part of the game and to be on the game and ahead of the game you need to learn to play on it. So giving up was not an option that he taught me. He said , As long as faith doesnt leave you then you will find a way.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
I believe most people problem is because they dont know their strenght and weaknessess.
They struggle with confidence because they dont understand who they are, what they want and where they want to go.
Confidence to me is knowing who you are. Knowing both your strenght and weaknessess.
If you are comfortable with your own self with your own skin, you are comfortable with who you are and if you understand that concept then you are ahead than most 90% in the world. Then all the comments or ridicule about you should not affect you because you know “you”.And no surprises there.
There should be nothing that a person will tell you about you that you dont know.
Most people in the world conforms to the world, They struggle so much about appreciation and being elevated because they measure themselves on the opinion of the society. They conform on based ” on what the society says of who should you be”.
I am not that type, since childhood, i always just know what i want, whom i am and what i want to be.. i credit this to my faith, my family and the struggles i went through life that made me strong.
