EVitta Hobbs shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
EVitta, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
Evitta Hobbs of EVA-OnCuE LLC is most proud of building a **supportive community** that fosters encouragement and accountability among clients. She emphasizes **personal growth** through resources like her eBook “Slaying Your Health After 25 and book “Thrive Transformative Health Strategies for Women” aimed at empowering women. Additionally, her commitment to creating **accessible online content** allows her to reach a broader audience, providing ongoing support even outside of
in-person sessions. These foundational elements are crucial to her mission but often go unnoticed.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Evitta “Coach Vitta” Hobbs is a fitness professional, author, and entrepreneur committed to helping women build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and unshakable confidence. Through her company, Eva.OnCuE LLC, she delivers virtual fitness classes, personal training, and accessible health resources that blend physical training with mindset and lifestyle coaching. Her brand, OnCuE Fitness, embodies strength, resilience, and transformation—centered on meeting women where they are and guiding them toward sustainable change.
Coach Vitta’s influence extends to publishing. Her e-book “Slaying Your Health After 25” earned the #1 New Release badge on Amazon, and her follow-up book, “Thrive: Transformative Health Strategies for Women,” further established her voice in women’s wellness. Building on this momentum, she has expanded her offerings with a performance-focused fitness apparel line and a low-calorie energy drink”ONCUE” designed for everyday energy without compromise. She also creates online content to motivate and educate a broader community, making wellness practical, inspiring, and attainable.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
I believes that to grow, you must release certain aspects of your past, including:
**Old Strategies**: I recognize that some earlier marketing and engagement methods may no longer align with my evolving brand vision.
**Limiting Beliefs**: I emphasizes the need to let go of self-doubt and past experiences that hinder my progress, allowing me to inspire others more effectively.
**Past Challenges**: While my initial struggles shaped my resilience. I aim to focus on new opportunities rather than dwelling on past obstacles, creating space for innovation and deeper connections with my audience.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
I have learned that suffering teaches resilience, empathy, and authenticity—qualities that success alone cannot provide.
**Resilience**: Overcoming challenges has strengthened my ability to persevere through difficulties.
**Empathy**: Experiencing hardship has deepened my understanding of others’ struggles, enhancing my connection with clients.
**Authenticity**: Suffering has shown me the value of being genuine and vulnerable, making me a more relatable coach.
These lessons shape my approach to fitness and wellness, emphasizing personal growth and connection over mere achievements.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
The cultural value I protect at all costs is accountability. This value matters because it drives consistency and trust, enables honest feedback and real progress, and enhances teamwork and safety. I live it daily by setting clear expectations and tracking progress, owning mistakes and acknowledging wins, and leading by example in every interaction.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I’m doing what I was born to do. My path in fitness, health, and wellness isn’t something I was told to pursue—it’s a calling I chose. I’m driven by a genuine passion for empowering people to build stronger bodies and more resilient lives. That intrinsic motivation, not external expectations, guides my work and keeps me deeply committed to helping others thrive.
