My journey began in my hometown of Toronto, where I dove headfirst into the world of real estate. As a real estate agent, I loved helping clients find their perfect homes and guiding them through one of life’s biggest decisions. It was in Toronto that I developed a passion for understanding the market, connecting with people, and creating opportunities for families to thrive.

Following my heart, I relocated to sunny Tampa, Florida, ready for a new adventure. With the skills and experience I had gained, I pivoted into the mortgage industry, determined to bring the same level of care, creativity, and dedication to this new chapter.

Today, I’m proud to say I’ve built a thriving mortgage business that combines the best of both worlds—my deep understanding of real estate and my commitment to empowering families. Whether it’s helping clients secure their dream homes or invest in their futures, my journey has always been about making dreams a reality, no matter where the road leads.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As a mortgage broker, the journey hasn’t always been smooth sailing. The ever-changing market conditions and economic fluctuations are constant challenges, requiring me to stay ahead of trends, anticipate shifts, and adapt quickly. From navigating interest rate hikes to dealing with regulatory changes, it’s a balancing act to ensure my clients get the best possible outcomes.

Another major hurdle is the emotional toll that can come with the job. Buying a home or securing financing is deeply personal and sometimes stressful for clients. Being their guide and advocate means managing not just the financial complexities but also the human side of the process—reassuring, educating, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

I’ve also faced moments of doubt and uncertainty, especially during the early days of building my business in a new city. Moving to Tampa meant starting over, building connections from scratch, and earning trust in a highly competitive industry. It required resilience, determination, and a lot of late nights.

Despite these challenges, every obstacle has taught me valuable lessons—about perseverance, creativity, and the importance of building genuine relationships. These experiences have shaped who I am as a broker and fueled my passion for helping my clients achieve their dreams, no matter the roadblocks.
