Hi Krystall, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been fascinated by the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. My own health journey — navigating Hashimoto’s, an MTHFR genetic mutation, and the impacts of stress and trauma — opened my eyes to just how much the body holds, and how profoundly it can heal when given the right support. Those challenges became my calling. Instead of letting them define me, I leaned into learning, healing, and growing, eventually realizing that my purpose was to guide others through the same.
That’s how Advanced Therapeutic Healing was born. I began with massage therapy and quickly expanded into integrative wellness because I didn’t just want to help people feel better temporarily — I wanted to help them transform. Over the years I’ve trained in over 40 different modalities, blending both medical and holistic approaches. From Custom Advanced Therapeutic Massage (my signature service) to Manual Lymphatic Drainage, trauma-informed release, Reiki, sound healing, and body sculpting techniques, I’ve created a space where no two sessions are ever the same — everything is tailored to the individual in front of me.
What drives me is seeing the shift in my clients — when they walk in carrying pain, anxiety, or exhaustion, and leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected to themselves. For me, this work isn’t just a career, it’s a calling. I’ve poured my heart into building a sanctuary where people feel safe, seen, and truly cared for.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has definitely not been smooth — but I’ve learned that every detour and storm holds its own kind of wisdom.
In the early years, the biggest challenges were internal: navigating my own health while learning how to care for others. Between multiple diagnoses, surgeries, and years of being gaslit by doctors, I had to become my own advocate — and that experience shaped the kind of practitioner I am today. I don’t just listen to symptoms; I listen to the person.
Professionally, the hardest chapter came when Hurricane Ian destroyed the spa I worked at. Overnight, I lost my job, my steady income, and the space I had built my routine around. At the same time, I was grieving the loss of my father to alcoholism — an incredibly painful reminder of how untreated pain can ripple through generations.
There were moments I thought about walking away from the industry entirely, but something deeper kept calling me back — the knowing that my purpose wasn’t finished. That season forced me to rebuild from the ground up, and in doing so, I created Advanced Therapeutic Healing — a space aligned with who I truly am and how I want to serve.
Through it all, I’ve learned that growth doesn’t come from the easy moments. It comes from the breakdowns, the pivots, and the courage to begin again.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happiest is witnessing transformation — those moments when someone sends a message saying, “I feel so much better,” or leaves a heartfelt review after finally finding relief. Seeing someone go from hopeless or hurting to peaceful and renewed fills my heart, because I know what that feels like. Helping others heal is deeply personal for me — every session is both a gift and a reminder that healing is always possible.
Outside of my practice, happiness lives in the simple things. I’m an only child, and my mom is my world — even a quiet morning together at the farmers market, just walking around and talking, is pure joy. I live a simple, grounded life, and I love that for myself.
I’m a vocalist, violinist, and guitarist, and music is one of my greatest outlets. I love tending to my plants, spending time with my fur babies, and being out in nature — fishing, hiking, camping, or just soaking it all in. I’m not a morning person, but I’ll never say no to coffee and a slow start to the day. I’m happiest learning, whether that’s diving into a new CEU, attending a holistic wellness conference, or growing my skills.
Some days happiness looks like vibing to 90s throwbacks and old-school movies (shoutout to my fellow millennials); other days it’s laughter with my mom or connecting with clients who remind me why I do what I do. For me, happiness is living simply, loving deeply, and finding beauty in life’s most ordinary moments.
