Hi Kyle, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
At a young age, I was entrepreneurial-minded with a love for baseball. I started submitting my own cards to PSA (largest trading card grader and authenticating company in the USA) realizing there was money to be made in doing such. When I was a senior in college I decided the traditional 9 am-5 pm route was not for me so I decided to start my own group submission service. After submitting just other a half a million cards to PSA in under 8 months, we quickly became PSA’s largest group submission service and customer. After starting as a one-man operation we are currently at over 20 employees and 3,500+ square feet of office space. As a group submission service, we handle typing all order forms, handling all shipping, and handle all of the nuances that comes with submitting cards.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
From developing a submission tracker to a new website that is API integrated, it has taken a lot of time and late days with help from multiple people.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Our brand is based on great customer service, API integrated website giving you real-time status text updates throughout the process and our efficiency. We are a group submission service and also have another department on the whatnot app where we are live streaming 7 days a week selling cards and packs. I am most proud of our well-respected name in the hobby and the team that we have assembled here to handle the volume we do. We ship on average, 4,000-5,000 packages per week. We are the #1 group submission and none of this would be possible without our trusting team, efficient services, and customers.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Opening my first pack of sports cards when I was 7 years old. I was in the hospital and my parents needed something to keep me still so my Dad got me packs of cards to open.
