Garrett J. Kenny is an Irish-born entrepreneur and the founder & CEO of the Feltrim Group of Companies. Over 30 years he has built a diversified real-estate, hospitality and investment enterprise in Central Florida. Under his leadership the group has delivered more than US$800 million in residential, resort and commercial projects and provides a “one-stop-shop” for international investors – from land acquisition and entitlement to construction, sales, property management, rentals and EB‑5 capital raising. The group operates from its headquarters in Haines City, Florida and has become a trusted partner for overseas buyers from the United Kingdom, Europe, China and South America.
Biography & Leadership
• Early entrepreneurship and expansion: Mr. Kenny founded a national transportation and logistics company in Ireland in the 1980s and later expanded into warehousing, marketing and property development.
• Move into U.S. Real Estate: A family trip to Florida in the mid‑1990s led to the purchase of his first vacation home in 1996 and, after market analysis, he established Feltrim Development NA in 1999 to serve international buyers in Central Florida.
• Integrated Services: Feltrim began with real‑estate sales and property management for overseas buyers, acquiring a Coldwell Banker franchise and later becoming a Century 21 franchise with multiple offices. By offering construction, sales, rentals and management in‑house, the group provides seamless service for foreign clients.
• Hands‑on Leadership: Mr. Kenny emphasises team building and operational excellence, insisting on “strong teams, accountability and a culture centred on customer service.” He regularly appears in media to discuss real‑estate trends and authored Buying and Owning Property in Central Florida.

2007 financial crash hurt me badly but i survived ,however covid 19 did more damge than the crash as it went on for so long ,but im still here im resilient ,adapting and regrouping
