Hi Claudia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Claudia, a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a passion for wellness, real ingredients, and sustainable healthy habits. I am Italian born and raised and I absolutely love whole food and homemade tasty treats. Power Cookies by Claudia are homemade protein cookies. My brand began in my kitchen in August 2025 as a way to help my clients enjoy a nutritious treat that truly supports their goals.
Initially I was selling my cookies to my personal training clients at the gym I was working at. In November 2025 I became Perk Partner with Crunch Fitness and I started to attend their vendor markets. In a few months Power Cookies by Claudia have become more popular, to the point that in May I left my full time job at the gym, and now I can dedicate more time to my brand. People can order my cookies on my Bakesy website and my profile Instagram.
What makes my cookies stand out is the attention to details and the care I pour into them. I use date powder, instead of white sugar, organic flour unbleached and not enriched, and premium quality whey isolate protein. I personally make all of my cookies from scratch and I packaged them one by one. My mission is to make healthy eating enjoyable and accessible.
Power Cookies by Claudia isn’t just about protein cookies. It’s about empowering people to make better food choices, enjoy functional indulgence, and feel confident fueling their bodies with intention.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As a mom of a 4 year old boy and a wife, the greatest challenge is to make enough time for my family while trying to expand my protein cookies brand. I have spent many nights baking until 1am, and weeks without a day off. I was definitely about to burn out, and that’s why I decided to leave my full time job as Elite Trainer at the gym.

At the moment, I do offer 2 flavors of protein cookies, The Original, with chocolate chips, and PB Chocolate, which is made with peanut butter and chocolate chips. I am working on gluten free options, available only upon request, and a new flavor, oatmeal raisins. I can deliver in Gibsonton, Apollo Beach, Riverview and Brandon area. My clients can also find me at many local vendor markets.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
The luck is in the fact that I am decent baker and I understand high quality ingredients. Those components have been crucial for the success of my brand.
