Hi Tammy, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been in fitness over 50 years.
Certified Personal Trainer, group Fitness, and Pilates instructor.
I opened Pilates Plus in 2005. I love helping people with all different challenges and watching them achieve their goals and making their bodies stronger.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Yes I believe it has been because I am passionate about my work.

My daughter Traci also teaches at the studio. Traci also loves the work she does and helping others.
All instructors are certified. We are classically trained and teach to your body.
We receive referrals from other healthcare professionals because of our dedication to healing and helping.
