Exploring Life & Business with Siera Sambrosky of Alkemai LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Siera Sambrosky.

Siera Sambrosky

Hi Siera, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story begins as a child that saw things differently in the world and rarely felt like I belonged, even though people always liked me and thought of me as friendly and outgoing. I was extremely perfectionistic, over-responsible, and high-achieving containing a whole lot of anxiety and stress for such a young person. I became a single, teenage mother that had to leave behind the path of going on to college with an academic scholarship for a double major, including pre-law, as the next step in my life. I had to shift my focus to building a life for myself and my daughter.

I had my first brick and mortar business in my twenties. I went on to work in community and economic development helping small businesses through a state-wide organization and then moved into doing business consulting work businesses of all sizes, phases/stages, and industries-a lot in the construction and real estate industries.

After a contract with a gym owner to help in restructuring their operations to prepare them to be in a better position to sell; I found myself with a burning desire to dig into the mind-body connection, as well as wanting to find deeper spiritual understanding and metaphysics. Through that interest, I ended up going back to school for an education in Holistic Health and eventually got additional certifications in NLP and Grief Facilitation.

After a series of events and people coming into my life, as well as my personal, self-guided drive to heal and evolve, I came to understand that I had “above-average” spiritual gifts-particularly in the forms of intuitive channeled messages, mediumship, and reading energy.

For nearly another ten years, I continued to pursue having a business consulting business, holistic health counseling, and a spiritual guidance and teaching business-all separately. As I continued to grow in knowing myself and deepening my understanding of Spiritual laws and truths, I found myself in a place where I didn’t want to segment my different forms of being of service. I didn’t want to hide one aspect of myself from the other. So was born Alkemai LLC, a version of the word Alchemy.

Through this business I now incorporate all three avenues of helping others with the understanding that we truly can’t compartmentalize one area of ourselves or our lives from another. That attempting to do so only actually blocks flow to another. I now serve business owners who identify that they are having an issue in their business and there is a need to have some transformation or reinvention in it, while they also understand that there is some aspect of themselves that is likely in need of counsel and coaching as well. These business owners are often in the midst, or have gone through an “ending” of something or a phase or chapter and are, at least, intrigued by the idea that I can use my intuitive abilities and Human Design to be able to get exact answers and the know-how to address what needs to be released in both themselves and their business while forging and facilitating the next steps.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Oh my goodness, NO! A resounding “No”. HA! It has been far from smooth. I have filed bankruptcy, been without a home for extended periods of time staying with friends and family, taken all kinds of types of jobs (sometimes multiple at once) despite having at other times having held really prestigious positions. I have dealt with depression (including thoughts of suicide) and dark nights (plural) of the soul. I will say, I have been very fortunate to not experience health issues for myself. But pretty much everything else! LOL

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Alkemai LLC?
I explained it in a nut shell in the first question. I really specialize in addressing the business consulting areas of operational and/or organizational structuring and marketing and business development strategy. As I mentioned previously, these business owners come to me for this type of help and are also aware that I am going to “treat” them, individually-personally, in conjunction with their business because their business is truly just an extension of them. So ultimately, whatever unwanted aspect or lack of clarity or lack of forward movement they are experiencing in their business is a result of something that is coming up to be addressed in themselves. I think what really sets me apart besides my intuitive abilities, which gives me the very specific knowledge of what to focus on and how to “fix” it; I have twenty years of very real and practical, traditional business consulting in many, many different types of businesses ranging in sizes, revenues, and phases around the globe. I also think a key component is that I have the ability to counsel, guide, and coach the owner in their own healing and evolution in addition to the real world strategies and action plans I can create and facilitate.

With regards to my brand and what I want people to know and feel about working with me, is that I will ground you when you are feeling lost. There is a directness and an outside the box approach that I have which deeply empowers, inspires, and clarifies things for my clients that will absolutely renew your sense of self and passion for your life and business.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me, besides my family, is that I do everything I can every day to help others (In any way, shape or form) feel seen and heard. I deeply, deeply believe that when others feel that they are seen and heard that it eases many forms and expressions of fear and that they will exude more love and kindness. And that makes a ripple effect. That matters!

In a philanthropic way, I am very called to support organizations and initiatives which help children to recover from grief and trauma. I myself have volunteered in a children’s grief center. I continue to support others (I’ve moved away from that one) in any volunteering and financial capacity that I can. I believe having emotionally and mentally healthy children is the most precious thing we can do, as well as the best move we can make for a brighter and better future for all of us.
