Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicholas Grande.
Hi Nicholas, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, and at eight years old moved with my family to Marion, North Carolina. Growing up in a small town gave me close friendships, a strong sports background, and a grounded upbringing in a safe environment. When it came time to return to St. Petersburg for college and family reasons, I resisted the move at first, but it ultimately became one of the best decisions I’ve made. The city offered new opportunities, more connections, and exposure to a faster pace of life.
I was fortunate to be raised in a close, supportive family that valued hard work and ambition. My parents were business-minded, and my father’s involvement in investing and real estate rentals introduced me early on to entrepreneurship. My mom has always been there for me, giving me encouragement and support at every stage. Inspired by their example, I pursued my bachelor’s degree in management and organizational leadership at St. Petersburg College, which gave me the foundation to build on my own path.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of the biggest challenges for me was figuring out the right direction after college. I knew I wanted to build something of my own, but starting a brand and business from scratch came with plenty of trial and error. There were times when I wasn’t sure what would work, but through meeting people, learning new things, and putting myself in new environments, I eventually figured out the path I wanted to take and built a stronger foundation for Vizionise.
Along the way, I learned the value of building real relationships. I’ve made connections all over St. Petersburg and Tampa by going to public events, local meetups, and networking through LinkedIn. Those connections have helped me grow Vizionise, opened doors to new opportunities, and continue to drive the work I do today.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At Vizionise, we focus on website design with full website support, AI solutions, and AI automations for businesses here in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and across the Tampa Bay area. My business partner, Colin Keith, and I build websites that are not only professional and effective but also supported long-term. We make sure our clients never have to stress about updates, security, or performance because we handle all of that while they focus on running their business.
What really sets us apart is how we integrate AI tools and automations directly into our projects. A lot of agencies stop at the design, but we go further by building in things like automated lead generation, chatbots for customer service, appointment booking, review automation, and analytics dashboards. On top of that, we also provide digital marketing services to help businesses get seen, build credibility, and grow their audience once their site is live. We want small and mid-sized businesses to have access to the same kind of advanced tools that larger companies use in a way that is affordable and practical.
In today’s world, being online is the most important way to stand out. Studies show that over 75% of people judge a company’s credibility based on its website, which means your online presence is often the first impression you make. That is why I believe everyone needs a website. Whether you are running a business or working for someone else, having a professional site or portfolio to showcase your work is no longer optional, it is essential.
One project I am especially proud of is our work with the Tampa Bay Product Group. We designed their website to attract sponsors, promote upcoming events, and highlight their community. Seeing that project come to life and knowing I played a role in helping them expand their reach in Tampa Bay is the kind of work I enjoy most.
For me, Vizionise is more than just a business. It is proof that I can take an idea, design it, support it, and use AI-driven tools to make it perform. This is my work, and every website I create is a reflection of the vision and execution I bring to each client!
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5 to 10 years, AI will open up HUGE opportunities in web design and business growth. Small businesses will gain access to tools that automate customer support, lead generation, and marketing, all at a fraction of the cost of hiring full teams. Websites will become smarter and more personalized, helping businesses connect with customers in ways that feel natural and efficient. I see this shift as a chance for small and mid-sized companies to compete on the same level as larger corporations.
