Hi Juan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey began in Venezuela, where I earned a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Governance and Political Management. However, my real passion was always helping others, especially those navigating complex processes. This led me to focus on immigration services, tax preparation, and business administration. When I moved to the United States, I realized that my own experiences as an immigrant gave me a unique perspective. I understood many immigrants’ challenges, from language barriers to navigating the legal and administrative systems here.
Driven by this understanding, I started Galindez Global Services with the mission of guiding and supporting fellow Latin American immigrants in the U.S. Through our services, we aim to make their transition smoother and help them achieve their goals. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise to include notary services and LLC administration, always focusing on being human, approachable, and educational.
My journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but each one has made me more resilient and more committed to my mission. Today, I’m proud to say that our services have positively impacted many lives, and we continue to grow, helping more people every day.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has certainly had its challenges, but each obstacle has been a valuable learning experience. Moving to a new country and starting a business from scratch comes with its own set of difficulties. At the beginning, I felt a deep fear about how to start a business in a new country. I had to quickly prepare myself, understand how to develop an economic activity that would generate income, and, most importantly, figure out how to be useful to my community.
One of the biggest challenges was understanding and navigating the complex legal and administrative systems in the U.S. As an immigrant, I faced language barriers, cultural differences, and the pressure of establishing credibility in a new environment.
Another significant challenge was building a client base. In the early days, I had to work hard to gain the trust of the community. Many people are understandably cautious when it comes to legal and financial matters, so proving my expertise and commitment was essential.
Additionally, staying up-to-date with constantly changing immigration laws and tax regulations has required continuous education and adaptation. There were times when it felt overwhelming, but my passion for helping others kept me going.

There’s a profound sense of fulfillment in seeing someone achieve their dreams, especially when I’ve been able to play a part in their journey. Whether it’s helping a family navigate the complexities of immigration, guiding someone through the process of starting their own business, or simply providing clarity in a challenging situation—these moments bring me immense joy.
I find happiness in the small victories too, like when a client calls to share that they’ve secured their legal status, opened their first business, or filed their taxes correctly for the first time. These successes remind me why I started Galindez Global Services in the first place: to be of service, to give back, and to uplift my community.
Ultimately, what makes me happiest is the sense of purpose that comes from knowing that my work has a positive impact on others’ lives. Every night, I can go to bed with the satisfaction of having contributed positively to the lives of families who aspire to live better and be better every day. It’s more than just a job—it’s a mission to help people thrive and succeed in the United States.
