Exploring Life & Business with Isabella Dias of JETSET Pilates Downtown Tampa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Isabella Dias.

Hi Isabella, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started at JETSET as a client during a time in my life where I was really searching for something that could ground me again. I didn’t fully realize it at the time, but I needed a space where I could slow down, reconnect with myself, and just feel steady again.

From my very first class, something clicked. It wasn’t just the workout—it was the energy in the room, the way the instructors made you feel seen, and the way you could walk in carrying so much and leave feeling even just a little lighter.

That feeling is what kept me coming back.

Eventually, I decided to take the next step and became an instructor at our Carrollwood location. Teaching gave me an entirely new appreciation for what happens inside those 50 minutes—the vulnerability, the strength, the little moments where people surprise themselves.

From there, I was given the opportunity to grow into leadership and was promoted to General Manager at our Downtown Tampa studio.

Now, I get to be on the other side of it all—not just experiencing JETSET for myself, but helping create that same feeling for other people. And honestly, that’s the part that means the most to me.

Because I know what it feels like to walk into a room and not feel like yourself… and I also know what it feels like to slowly find your way back through movement, consistency, and community.

That’s what JETSET became for me—and what I hope it continues to be for everyone who walks through our doors.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has honestly been a really smooth and natural journey for me, but not in the sense that it was always effortless, it’s more that I’ve grown a lot by learning how to consistently show up for myself while also showing up for others.

There have definitely been moments where I had to learn balance, especially stepping into leadership. When you care deeply about people and the experience you’re creating, it’s easy to pour everything into others and forget to check in with yourself.

Over time, I’ve learned that the most important part of being able to support a community is making sure I’m grounded first. Whether it’s through movement, slowing down, or just being intentional about my own routine, I’ve realized I can’t pour from an empty cup.

So I wouldn’t say the path has been difficult, I would say it’s been about growth, awareness, and learning that showing up for myself is just as important as showing up for everyone else.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
JETSET Pilates is a modern reformer Pilates experience designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence through intentional, high-energy movement. At our Downtown Tampa studio, we focus on delivering a consistent, elevated experience that feels both challenging and deeply supportive from the moment you walk in.

What sets us apart is the combination of structured programming, music-driven classes, and a strong emphasis on coaching and community. Every class is designed to meet clients where they are while still pushing them to grow, physically and mentally.

We’re not just a fitness studio; we’re a space where people come to reset. Our clients range from first-timers trying Pilates for the first time to long-time members who have made it part of their lifestyle. What they all have in common is that they’re looking for a place where they feel seen, supported, and consistently challenged.

What I’m most proud of brand-wise is the community we’ve built inside the studio. It’s not transactional, it’s personal. Our team knows our clients by name, we celebrate milestones, and we genuinely care about the experience people have every time they walk through the door.

At its core, JETSET Downtown Tampa is about more than just movement, it’s about helping people feel strong, confident, and grounded in their everyday lives.

What makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is my family and being able to help people.

My family keeps me grounded and reminds me of who I am outside of work and responsibilities. No matter how busy life gets, being around them brings me a sense of comfort, love, and balance that I really value.

Helping people is the other big piece for me. Whether it’s in the studio, through movement, or just being there for someone in a small moment, I genuinely love being able to make someone’s day feel a little lighter or better. There’s something really meaningful about supporting people as they grow, gain confidence, or simply show up for themselves.

At the core, both come back to connection, and that’s what makes me happiest.
