Hi Ekaterina, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
originally from Moscow, Russia, I came to America in 1991 and made New York City my home
It was and Is Everything and so much more that I Imagined America would be!
During an a very intense and exciting life in Manhattan, NYC I worked in fashion photography studios
With many celebrities and top fashion designers alongside of many incredible creatives
It was during this time that I learned how much hard work and dedication goes into a successful photo shoot!
I met many incredible people along the way who I still hold close to my heart!
A few years later, I started my own business as a brand consultant Fashion Stylist, Headshot photographer and a Life Coach
Doing what I truly love and helping people succeed in their personal and professional life
I was recognized as best of Manhattan photographer for 5 consecutive years
as well as published in many major magazines
which helped me understand that high-quality work I produce is making a big difference for my clients!
It is incredibly rewarding to know how much my client‘s benefit from being seen as their true selves
and that people can recognize their light and wonderful energy through an image I create for them!
Three years ago
We expanded and created a second location in the beautiful into Sarasota FL
So now we have the best of both worlds:
Dynamic NYC full of creative energy,
And a Beautiful paradise of nature and culture In Sarasota
My true passion in life is helping people remember how beautiful they are
Celebrating their unique style and reflecting their true light, energy and essence in their image
So that they can attract the right people into their lives,
Whether it’s personal or professional
To me Life is about true and genuine human connection!
I this age of virtual reality and AI, it’s more important than ever to connect on real personal heart level
And to make these connections last lifetime whenever possible!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
A business of professional photography is far from simple
there are lots of moving parts and details not to be overlooked
even during this digital age
There are many skills involved definitely many technical skills,
But more crucial are the skills and that involve connecting with a client
Understanding their needs and what their mission is (their message in their image to the outside world)
And finding all the ways way to fulfill their expectations, and to surpass them whenever possible!
Working long hours without days off was exhausting during my early years of assisting photographers,
But the Rewards followed by building the knowledge and practice perfecting my craft!
