Daily Inspiration: Meet Ravonne Evans

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ravonne Evans

Hi RaVonne, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m originally from WA state and have also worked for Anytime Fitness which is a fitness industry for almost 8 years. I moved around a few times with the company prior to landing in Tampa Bay. Shortly after COVID I decided to obtain my real estate license to propel my future. My long term goal is real estate investing, possible flipping, rentals, etc. Getting my license was the first step into that direction. My upbringing was quite chaotic and not the most stable with a lack of direction and as I got older I knew I wanted to create a life for myself that meant something. I’ve always struggled with mental health and found fitness to be a healthy way to channel dark emotions and I continue to stay part of that industry to give back in that area and help clients become a better version for themselves mentally and physically. Tying that into real estate my goal is just to help people accomplish a purchase they may never have known they could and climb the ladder whatever that may be for them mentally, financially and physically if that is on their radar.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
If anyone tells you it’s a smooth road they had to have had a very lucky connection! Lol… I would say it’s been challenging but I believe God puts me in the most challenging positions because if he doesn’t I won’t grow the way he has intended for me so I embrace it. Sometimes you have delayed closings and roadblocks and it’s stressful but that is just life, every deal is different and typically there is a curveball.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Like I said earlier, I would say I specialize in physical health aside from real estate. I think what sets me apart from others is my empathic ways. I know how to read the room very well and pick up to make things more calm and my goal is to always lead with love and help others shift a self destructive perspective to be better.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I am a huge fan of podcasts, I have listened to Lewis Howes, The School of Greatness for many years. That is the number one podcast that has helped me grow mentally. Along with that David Goggins audiobook Can’t Hurt Me is my all time favorite book.
