Mrs Williams teaches Wedding Workshops that are held around the world! Shaquilla is a Mother of 3, a Wife, she’s also is a Celebrity Event & Floral Designer, an Educator, teaching event design workshops around the world . She’s a Mentor & Event Business Coach who spealizie in helping businesses strategize in making more money within their nitche.
Shaquilla Williams currently runs two summer camps in the summer that teaches young kids business, entreprenuership. She collaborates with other business owners in the community to put on networking business events , she also helps other businesses with all types of business needs. Mrs Williams puts on back to school giveaways every year and a big Halloween bash as part of giving back to the community. She works with other venue owners to curate events to get them notoriety, more business and better business connections along with increasing their revenue. She curates events for Venues across Central Florida . She currently just launched Polk County’s Only & Premier Bridal Magazine Wedding Bells& Whistles and Launching Polk County’s First Wedding Expo in Years October 20th down town Lakeland .
She is the owner Wedding& Designing Business! She is a Sought After We’ll Known Speaker for over 7 years . She has spoken at Women Retreats, Women Empowerment , all different types of Events . She has been called An Innovator in her field.
Currently she is Business Woman of The Year Canidate , currently Event Floral Designer/Planner of the year 4 years in a row for Polk County and tons of Articles to be seen in Voyager , Rollingout, Ledger, Spectrum 9 News , Channel 10 News etc ! She is currently the number 6th planner in central Florida!

As an Educator & Mentor she is constantly challenging her skills, her way of thinking, and her mindset to create an experience her patients and mentees will never forget. She teaches in-house secrets, resulting in reaching a goal to help business owners create success beyond limits. Shaquilla loves to give 500% in all areas of her expertise. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I just entered my ninth year in business and it definitely has not been easy or a smooth road when Covid came. I had to pivot and start adding different types of services to the business to accommodate for the loss that I was taking people were canceling Events left and right so I started doing one on one virtual classes And mentorships and then I started doing them in person but just one on one.. another thing that I struggle with sometimes is, I guess it would be confidence comparing myself to others that I am my feel sometimes I think I’m not doing enough or I’m not going hard enough and that I need to do a lot more

I am a full service Event production company so we plan design and coordinate all types of events from weddings to birthday parties bar mitzvah‘s quince

what do you specialize in, we specialize in Wedding over the top, extra extravagant florals, and design pieces
what are you known for, etc. I am known for making my clients visions come true for their events. I am known for curating, bridal showers, seminars, networking events, and bringing people together. I’m also known for teaching mentoring, helping out others with their businesses.
What are you most proud of? Most proud of everything that I have accomplished and done within my business, even with obstacles how I was able to pivot during Covid how I created different platforms and created different streams of revenue for my business that was once just decorating now its teaching.mentoring etc
What sets you apart from others?
What set my business apart from other businesses I am one of the only businesses in Central Florida that not only design. I also plan in coordinate. I also have a preferred vendors list so my clients come to me. They can get everything under one roof that’s from cake Balloons linen, custom props, custom treats, candy buffet, backdrops floor, wraps, food, music, hairstylist makeup artist.
