Today we’d like to introduce you to Hollianne Del Valle.
Hi Hollianne, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My story really began in my twenties when I had a sudden reaction to a medical intervention that sent my whole system into a nervous system shutdown. At the time I didn’t understand what had triggered it, I only knew that my body had reached its limit. My health began to shift rapidly. My heart would race out of nowhere. My digestion slowed to almost nothing. I was rapidly losing weight that I did not have to lose. I had no appetite, constant nausea, cold sweats, temperature swings, weakness, and the unsettling experience of not even feeling hunger. It was like my body was speaking a different language overnight, and I didn’t yet know how to interpret it.
That period was terrifying and disorienting, but it pushed me into deeper listening. Craniosacral Therapy became a turning point. It helped regulate my autonomic nervous system and gave me back interoception, the ability to feel what was happening inside my body. For the first time in a long time, I could sense when I needed to rest instead of pushing through collapse. It helped me understand that healing begins when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften.
All of this is what led me to the work I offer now. I truly believe there are different combinations for everybody, but at the root of it is making the nervous system feel safe, making the body feel heard, and giving it space to regulate. Through Craniosacral Therapy I find, over and over again, that people begin to find the roadmap to the life that allows their nervous system and body to feel safe so that they can come back home to themselves and heal.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it was absolutely not a smooth road. My healing was not an overnight switch, it was a long journey of realizing again and again how much my body needed me to truly hear it. Any time I pushed past my limits, I would fall back into what I now recognize as flareups. At the time it felt like my body was abandoning me all over again, but those moments were actually invitations to listen deeper.
The biggest challenge was learning to trust my intuition and to stop treating my body like something that was failing me. Once I began honoring what it was communicating, I slowly found my way back to health. That understanding is what ultimately led me to build Hollystic Alchemy. It grew from a blend of creative and intuitive expression that brought me back into my feminine flow and reconnected me with my inner child, which became a huge part of my own healing.
Alongside that came the modalities that transformed my life, Craniosacral Therapy, EFT, lymphatic drainage, bioresonant feedback, frequency work, and regenerative healing. Those tools not only helped me rebuild myself, they shaped the work I offer today.
My obstacles led me to a world where I now support moms and babies who are struggling with latching, feeding, sucking, digestion, colic, reflux, tension, head shape patterns, and birth trauma. What once felt like setbacks became the very foundation of the work I’m honored to do.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
It is a holistic wellness practice that blends Craniosacral Therapy, Fascial unwinding, lymphatic drainage, EFT, Bioresonant Feedback, frequency healing, and regenerative techniques. I work with both people of all ages, but I am especially known for supporting moms and babies who are navigating challenges with latching, feeding, sucking, reflux, colic, oral tension, airway restrictions, head shape, and birth trauma. I also help children with nervous system regulation, sensory sensitivities, and airway-related concerns that affect sleep, behavior, feeding, and development.
My work is also big into helping adults come back home to themselves, whether that means moving through chronic conditions, healing their inner child, learning to set boundaries, reconnecting to their heart space, or learning to live as their most authentic self. The work meets people exactly where they are and supports the layers beneath the symptoms, both physically and emotionally.
What I want people to know is that Hollystic Alchemy is built on the belief that the body knows how to heal when it feels safe. My approach is not about forcing the body into change, but guiding it back into regulation. I specialize in helping the nervous system find that safety, helping the fascia unwind, and helping the body communicate again.
What sets my work apart is the way I blend intuition, science, and somatic listening. I bring in my own lived experience of dysautonomia and nervous system collapse, which taught me firsthand how important it is for the body to feel heard. I also incorporate creativity and inner-child reconnection into my practice, because healing is both physical and emotional. It is the combination of all of these elements that gives my clients their roadmap back to themselves.
Brand-wise, I am most proud of the community that has formed around this work. Clients tell me they feel seen, safe, and deeply understood. That is at the heart of Hollystic Alchemy, helping people come home to their bodies with gentleness, awareness, and the support they deserve.
What I want readers to know is simple. Healing is not about perfection. It is about supporting the body in the ways it has been asking for. That is what Hollystic Alchemy is here to do.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
For me, community has been at the heart of everything. Getting out into your local area, taking grassroots action, and genuinely connecting with the people around you is one of the most powerful ways to grow. It not only builds awareness for your work, it also gives people a chance to share their own experiences and spread the word about what you offer.
I have also been part of many different networking groups in the Sarasota area, which has been such a gift because we are fortunate to live in a place with so many like-minded connections. Being involved in those groups, offering workshops, and consistently putting myself into the community has opened doors and built relationships that I’m truly grateful for.
In the early stages of my business, I also offered trades with other practitioners so they could experience my work firsthand. Once people understood what I do, everything else grew through word-of-mouth. My best advice is to show up, be present, contribute to your community, and let genuine relationships be the foundation of your growth.
