Hi Devon and Rachel, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
It all started with Devon’s love of film and story writing. He has always loved writing and storytelling, which makes him such an avid storyteller of a couple’s special day. Rachel has always encouraged me and supported me through the years, which has helped me get to where I am today.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing worth having comes easy, or everyone would be doing it. It takes time, dedication, and constant education in your trade to become the best that you can be. It is important to build your brand and what you want to represent, which can be a struggle in the beginning, but it all comes full circle with determination. COVID of course, has impacted our whole industry, but we remain positive and innovative and support our fellow vendors as much as possible.

We are a luxury boutique wedding videography company. To us, the destination is just as important as the journey it takes to get there. Wherever your story takes you, we’ll follow. We’ve put a lot of heart and thought into our process and value your experience with us above all else. We go beyond Wedding videography. We believe relationships are key -in love and in life- and we’re dedicated to building friendships with each couple. Labif Filmhouse exists to create truly personal and authentic wedding films from the most important day in a couple’s life. We discover the wonderful story behind it and bring it to life through filmmaking. Our couples are our fellow explorers embarking on a journey to tell and discover their own amazing stories. You are unique and your wedding film should be as well. No wedding is alike and each film that we create is different!
