Hi Hannah, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My love for makeup started when I was younger!
Throughout my high school years, I would get hired to do weddings, make up for school dances, as well as Sweet 16s! I got such joy and fulfillment seeing people feel more confident about themselves because of something I was able to provide for them.
I knew I wanted to make that into a career somehow.
When I was about 20, I started to look into permanent make up. That’s when I decided to go to school for cosmetic tattooing of eyebrows.
I feel extremely blessed that I have been able to find my passion at such a young age.
Now at 25 I’m able to use my skill and talent to make others feel more confident and comfortable within themselves. All I do is enhance their natural beauty!
Don’t underestimate the power Brows can have for someone!
Something as little as that can make someone feel more normal.
I started my business in July of 2021.
I worked my way from being in a tattoo shop and beauty salon to now renting my own place to service my clients!
I work in Panama City Beach as well as Plant City!
I’ve gotten to where I am today through having a strong mindset and continuously pushing forward! All thanks to God for the strength and energy to continue in those hard times.
Support from my family, friends and my educator have been a crucial part to my success. I also can’t forget about my wonderful clientele! God truly has blessed me with such amazing clients. It’s because of them I still love what I do after 3 and half years!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting any business will always have challenges. It comes with life. These aren’t things we are taught in school. What comes with running your own business honestly gets taught with trial and error. There’s internal struggles as well as external struggles. Some struggles range from getting clients to getting permits/licensing!
What I have learned is that you will always have to fight for what you want! Nothing in life comes easy, but if you love it, it’s worth fighting for! You have to make that choice of which struggle you want to deal with.
The benefits I get from working for myself, make up for the struggles that come along way!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a cosmetic tattoo artist! My specialty is brows!
I tattoo eyebrows as well as permanent make up removal!
I am known for creating hair like strokes to mimic natural brows! Your brows but better! My specialty is natural, I always try to take a less is more approach with clients!
Creating that perfect shape for each client is an intensive process and should not be rushed! Setting up this foundation as well as creating hair strokes, gives my clients the most realistic results and that’s why they come to come!
I feel what sets me apart from most artists is that I take my time with each client. An appointment with me is about 4 hours long. This appointment is tailored to you and what your desires are. I will always listen and take into consideration what my clients are seeking to get out of an appointment with me. I will always give my professional opinion, but I am here to work with you, not against you! My clients feelings are important to me.
