We recently had the chance to connect with Chelsea Evans and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Chelsea, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
I’m being called to take up space unapologetically. I use to shrink myself, worried about how others would perceive me, but now I’m embracing the fact that my ideas, my businesses, and my story deserve the spotlight. What once scared me as far as visibility, leadership, and building something bigger than myself; are the exact things I’m running toward now.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Chelsea Evans better known as “CeeTheMogul”. An entrepreneur, content creator, and mom who’s passionate about beauty, empowerment, and building generational impact. My latest passion project is “Mogul Mama”, a brand I created after becoming a mother. It’s all about reminding women that we don’t have to choose between motherhood and mogulhood; we can embody both. From digital/lifestyle products, to community building, I’m creating spaces and resources where women can feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
My biggest influence when it comes to work ethic has always been my mom. She embodies strength, resilience, and determination. I’ve watched her show up, work hard, and make things happen without excuses. Beyond her drive, what stands out most is her generosity; she has always been willing to help others and not only inspire them but, myself as well. She instilled in me the importance of perseverance, faith, and self-belief. Constantly reminding me of “Who I am and whose I am”. She taught me that work isn’t just about what you do, it’s about how you carry yourself, how you treat people, and the legacy you build.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
At the end of 2023, I stopped hiding behind my pain and started embracing it as power. I chose to turn that chapter into a launching pad for my growth instead of a weight holding me down. Walking into 2024, I felt a new fire in me. This year was my Phoenix Rising Era – a determination to take up space, build my brands, and live unapologetically in my purpose. I decided I wasn’t going to allow my pain to hold me back anymore and, that’s when I began to see myself differently. Not as someone who had been through challenges but, as someone who had overcame them. It gave me the confidence to own my story, step into new opportunities, and embrace the strength I had all along.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
One belief I’m committed to, no matter how long it takes, is that women (especially mothers) deserve luxury, empowerment, and support in every season of life. Mogul Mama is not just a vision but, it is a movement / a lifestyle. I believe in creating something bigger than myself, something that will continue to inspire and serve long after me. Building spaces, products, and opportunities that uplift women while setting an example for my daughter. This isn’t an overnight journey, it’s a marathon, and I’m dedicated to staying the course no matter how long it takes.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people will say I lived boldly, loved deeply, and built fearlessly. That I showed the world you could be both a devoted mother and a fearless mogul, and that I created something meaningful not just for myself, but for my daughter and for women everywhere. I want to be remembered as a woman who turned her vision into reality, who inspired others to rise above their pain and use it as power, and who poured into her community with faith, resilience, and impact. My story, I pray, will be a reminder that no matter what you face, you can build, you can empower, and you can leave a legacy that lives far beyond you.
