Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Copeland.
Hi Ryan, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
Well, I’ve always had a passion to go beyond just working with my session clients, in the studio. I often found myself wanting to assist in the process of developing the artists, wanting to know the artists’ well-being, and bringing the best out of the artists.
I’ve always admired Berry Gordy, CEO, and founder of Motown. From there, I saw myself moving into that space and helping the rise and development of some amazing talent. So I stretched out, wrote my vision down, and asked God to bring it to pass, and he did just that. The rest is history.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Anything worth having will never come easy. So no, the road was Nowhere near easy. We were down for 5 months searching for a new location to house the studio/label. Nothing was falling through. Finances weren’t adding up, and owners and landlords weren’t answering and responding. It got crazy. But, I am extremely optimistic so I knew God would come through in HIS time.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Proud producer, musician, of 3 main instruments (bass guitar, drums, and piano), engineer, and MBA graduate. I specialize in taking little and making it a lot when it comes to bringing artists’/clients visions to life. I have the gift of taking voice notes/small vocal clips that the artists/clients have and creating full production around them.
I am most known for my social media presence where I take clips from singers and rappers. Instrumentalists and even comedians create music around those clips. What sets me apart from others is my sound selection and approach to music. At times, I try to stretch the vision of creatives to understand what #RCMuzik is all about.
What makes you happy?
Fulfilling my passion for being the next music mogul and making others’ visions come to life. It brings me great happiness to see their smiles and tears, as well as curating my Own smile and tears when it comes to my own desires. There is Nothing better than walking in your calling. Nothing.

So proud of you! Who but God knew the sky drummer from Mrs. Browns Music room would do such great things! Your Family name says a lot! Your Mom did an amazing God branding it in Christ. Every time the Copeland name is said, you hear, they sure can sing and praise God! Stay under the blood and the world cant do you no harm! Keep doing it!! I’ll make sure you keep covered in prayers, always!
