Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I begin planning the Meet Suite as I was transitioning from my previous business, Blown Away Events. Ironically, it was during one of my Blown Away client meetings at a bustling coffee shop that I realized the need for a comfortable and orderly meeting environment. Eventually, I was able to acquire an office space to meet with clients. As I was phasing out Blown Away, I immediately went to work redesigning my office space to The Meet Suite. With The Meet Suite, my customers are able to grow, serve and create through meetings, photo shoots, video shoots, content creation, quiet solo workspace, group workspace, in person events, virtual events, and more! Since I have begun The Meet Suite, I have had the opportunity of leveraging social media to build relationships and network with other likeminded individuals.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In any business, in general, there are a lot of expected and unexpected challenges, obstacles, concerns, and quick decisions that have to be made. When I set out to make The Meet Suite a reality, I just had to remember that recalculating and readjusting was not an enemy to the process, but the reality of the process. Moreover, I consider myself to be a pretty brave person, but of course, bravery only counts if a person is afraid first. I had to keep this in mind as I attended network meetings. Believe it or not, I would be extremely nervous and apprehensive about mingling with virtual strangers. I’d literally have to sike myself into going and making introductions. As a result, I have been able to grow my business.

The Meet Suite is a designer meeting space for modern business professionals, entrepreneurs and creatives to connect and collaborate with their audience through meetings, workshops, classes and private events. We have a passion to see women succeed and reach their goals and make their vision an ultimate reality. We have curated an amazing community of women through our monthly meetings called Networking at The Meet Suite. The mission for the networking community is to build a beautiful community of women business owners, professionals and creatives where inspiration, innovation and collaboration drive high-level results. I am proud of the impact The Meet Suite is having on the local community in such a short time frame. This space has become more than just renting a meeting room. It has become a community and resource for women to thrive.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Having confidence in myself has been the most important quality to my success. I had to believe it can be done, it can be achieved, and that I have the ability to make it happen.
