Hi Amanda , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey into aesthetics and health tech has been deeply shaped by my experiences as a working mother and wife. Like so many professionals balancing career growth with family responsibilities, I’ve come to appreciate the value of convenience, efficiency, and innovation—not just in daily life, but in the way we approach healthcare and aesthetics.
I cofounded GlamNow Aesthetics, a premier concierge aesthetics company that brings the med spa experience directly to clients, offering luxury, high-quality aesthetic treatments in the comfort of their homes, offices, or special events. I wanted to create a service that provides accessibility, convenience, and personalized care—because I know firsthand how difficult it can be to carve out time for self-care while managing a busy schedule.
Beyond aesthetics, I’ve also been deeply involved in health tech, playing a key role in at CloudClinic, a digital platform designed to streamline practice management for medical providers. My passion lies in leveraging technology and business strategy to enhance efficiency, improve the client experience, and help professionals grow their businesses with ease.
Today, I continue to expand my expertise in aesthetics, health tech, and innovation, working closely with providers, top brands, and tech innovators to elevate industry standards and create solutions that support both professional growth and personal well-being.
I truly believe that self-care should be seamless and accessible, and I’m committed to helping clients look and feel their best while maintaining a balanced, fulfilling life.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like any entrepreneurial journey, the road has been anything but smooth—but every challenge has been a stepping stone to growth. Building GlamNow Aesthetics and stepping into the health tech space with CloudClinic has been incredibly rewarding, but it has also come with its fair share of obstacles.
One of the biggest challenges has been navigating the evolving landscape of aesthetics and concierge medicine. Unlike traditional med spas, bringing high-quality, mobile aesthetic services directly to clients requires logistical coordination, compliance with regulations, and ensuring a seamless luxury experience in any setting. Educating clients on the benefits of concierge aesthetics and establishing trust in a relatively new business model has taken time and persistence.
Another hurdle has been balancing business growth with personal life. As a working mother and wife, time management is crucial. Entrepreneurship doesn’t come with set hours, and learning how to scale a business while maintaining a sense of work-life balance has been a challenge I’ve had to continuously navigate.
In the health tech space, launching and integrating CloudClinic presented its own challenges. The aesthetics industry has long relied on outdated systems, and introducing new technology solutions to streamline practice management required overcoming resistance to change. Many providers were set in their ways, and demonstrating how tech could simplify their businesses while improving client experience was an ongoing process.
Despite these struggles, I’ve learned that resilience, adaptability, and a strong vision are key to overcoming obstacles. Each challenge has only reinforced my passion for making aesthetics more accessible, efficient, and client-centered while empowering providers to run their businesses more seamlessly.

What I Love About Tampa
As someone who is originally from the Tampa area, this city will always be home to me. I love the community and the perfect balance of coastal, city and country life. Tampa has so much to offer, from beautiful waterfront views, rolling hills(yes, there are hills in Florida-check out Dade City) and incredible restaurants to fun events and outdoor activities.
One of my favorite things about Tampa is that you can always find something to do—whether it’s spending the day on the water, strolling along the Riverwalk, catching a Lightning game, or exploring the ever-growing food scene. And, of course, being so close to some of the best beaches in Florida is a huge bonus!
What I Like Least About Tampa
If I had to pick something, I’d say the traffic and unpredictable weather. Tampa has grown so much, and with that comes congested roads and longer commute times—especially during rush hour or when there’s a big event downtown. And then there’s the classic Florida afternoon thunderstorms that can roll in out of nowhere.
But despite that, Tampa will always have my heart. It’s a place where you can enjoy both the excitement of the city and the laid-back Florida lifestyle, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
