Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebecca Hardin & Danielle Tringali.
Hi Rebecca & Danielle, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
From a young age, both Rebecca and Danielle dreamt of becoming top real estate agents. When Rebecca’s family relocated to another state as a teenager, she met her idol. Her realtor was a top-producing agent in what would soon be their new hometown. The woman she came across at this early point in her life was poised, smart, tactful, and worked hard even wearing a full wool suit in the heat of a Mississippi Summer – a true showstopper and inspiration! Danielle shared a very similar story here in her hometown of South Tampa when her childhood home was sold, which shows you never know the impact on someone you may have when you truly love what you do (and it shows)!
While both women knew real estate was a future career for them, they both still prioritized wanting to go to college and earned their Bachelor degrees to better their entrepreneurial goals and be top women in business! Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and minored in Graphic Design, all while playing as a Division 1 NCAA athlete. This hardcore schedule of class and athletics allowed her to carry many skillsets into the real estate business –for example, showcasing homes in their highest level of light through her seasoned marketing knowledge, specifically within the digital marketing aspect, along with her, time management, organizational skills from juggling practices, workouts, classes, extracurricular activities, and more.
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and minored in Women’s Studies. She took her real estate exam her last semester of college and has been in the industry ever since – loving every minute of it – from the operations side to meeting all different types of people and personalities.
Rebecca cut her teeth working with one of the top teams in Tampa and ultimately became the teams, Marketing Director at the start of her career. She simultaneously listed and sold homes for clients throughout Tampa Bay – from luxury waterfront to land – she has truly done it all.
Danielle and Rebecca met on this team at the beginning of Danielle’s real estate journey as a personal assistant years and years ago – and had an immediate connection, working successfully together from the start.
In 2020, Rebecca had the opportunity to expand her knowledge and skillset and achieved her Broker’s License, becoming the Broker Manager for a brokerage in Tampa and was able to learn a new side of the real estate industry as well as gain more experience in property management, commercial, and business brokering. Danielle continued her career as a top-producing real estate agent from the start of her full-time career, selling over $20m in the last two years alone.
As the market began to shift through the last part of 2022, Rebecca could see a need for stronger agents, like Danielle, with top-level marketing and expertise in our local market. Simultaneously, Danielle, a top producer within her office, and her broker-owners at RE/MAX Champions were discussing opening a new office in South Tampa. Danielle had been working in the South Tampa market for over seven years and her expertise in the area and real estate in itself led to her broker’s confidence in giving her a head agent opportunity at the new office. Danielle and Rebecca had kept in touch over the years, and the pieces started to align…
Danielle and Rebecca discussed the downfalls of being an agent alone and the pros/cons of a team and knew that based on their past time together and similar work ethic and personalities – their strengths combined would make them unstoppable. A vision started coming to life. Danielle and Rebecca ultimately decided to combine forces to provide concierge-level service to their clients with top-notch marketing, immense local knowledge, connections, and real estate experience they have gained over the years in the industry – combined nearly 20 years of experience. Both women are driven, hustle, and prioritize the relationship with their client. They have a very high standard for themselves and the work they exude daily – which shows in their day-to-day operations. This, along with their friendly and hard-working nature, led to the creation of their team HELLO LUXURY GROUP!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
“Overall, the creation of the team has been very smooth, and we can definitely attribute this to not only our organizational nature and true passion and love for what we do, but the support from our past clients, community, mentors, and colleagues throughout the real estate industry. We have both worked very hard for many years to be where we are today.
Despite the hardships of COVID, crazy multiple offer situations, the ever-changing rates, and uncertain market conditions, we remain grateful to be a driving force in the real estate industry of one of America’s Top Cities.
We are both goal-driven, detail-oriented, and simply love to work! The pieces have aligned beautifully, and when things get challenging, whether extra-long days to make sure a home is market ready, negotiating a challenging offer, or simply dealing with the challenges of creating your own business, we are reminded of our original goals and all the support we have received along this journey!”
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about Hello Luxury Group?
“We serve the Greater Tampa Bay area – Including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and Manatee Counties, with a niche in Danielle’s hometown and Rebecca’s long-term residence, South Tampa. We know every street like the back of our hand in our city of Tampa. We find our local knowledge and resources have become even more important with more buyers purchasing virtually and others that are hesitant to rely on algorithms to guide them on the value of their biggest asset- their home! Whether representing a buyer or a seller, it is important to be able to sell the lifestyle of the specific neighborhood the home is in – because, in cities like South Tampa, every street offers something different.
Our business truly is about providing the highest level or service for our clients. We love Tampa, the community and love sharing that with our clients. Our city is constantly developing and improving. You never run out of activities because we have options galore when it comes to shopping, dining, and entertainment. One of our favorite things to do when not out with clients is to explore Tampa’s restaurants and venues offering unique experiences. Some of our personal favorites include our giant food hall called Armature Works in Tampa Heights, American Social on the water – watching the yachts sail on Harbour Island, and of course, catching our 2x Stanley Cup Champions, the Lightning, play at Amalie Arena!
We know buying and selling homes can be stressful, and we do everything we can do ease that stress. We offer concierge-level service and ensure our clients always know they are our top priority! We have been told countless times again that our clients feel like our only client – and that is always what we strive for. We are incredibly proud of our brand’s marketing and local knowledge. We find that these aspects really make the difference in helping people achieve their real estate goals. We offer complimentary buyer, seller, and investor consultations as well as vendor recommendations. Our main business is Listing and Selling Luxury Homes.”
