Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon & Esther Graber.
Hi Brandon & Esther, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Brandon grew up doing construction his whole life. In 2010 He took over his Family’s Construction Company; we both grew up in Indiana. In the fall of 2014, we moved with our daughter Addison to Sarasota. We knew very few people but were very excited for all the possibilities that the future held. Brandon also holds a broker license, so for the first 2 years here, we moved 6 times while flipping homes. It was a crazy ride. Through that people began to see our work, and we started working more and more for others doing whole house remodels and new builds. It started out as just Brandon and I doing everything, now we have a great team working for us helping us accomplish it all because we could never do it on our own anymore. Through doing design work
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Taking that leap in 2013 to move our business and family to Sarasota. We left our family and everything that was familiar to us. We put all our trust in God, and to see him turn that into something much bigger than we could imagine has been so awesome. We go through seasons of growing and expanding and learning how to manage our always-growing company to live a life that is free from the “rat race.” We have learned that many clients desire to be truly seen and heard. In this fast-paced world, they feel hurried along, dismissed, or ignored. The disconnection they sense in the world causes them to fear or lack confidence in their ideas. Graber Co. offers these clients a refreshing experience in which they are seen, valued, affirmed, and empowered. Graber Co. respects people enough to take the time to listen, to get to know their clients on a personal level and to respond with genuine care.
Looking back, those growing pains felt hard at the time but have always been so rewarding. We always strive to continue to serve our clients the best we can and help employees grow to their fullest potential.

Brandon loves tackling big ideas, finding ways to bring even the most unique vision to life. Esther looks at every space like a blank canvas. She’s great at seeing potential and mapping out how to make it take shape. Together, we work to provide support and direction to your designs so that you can have a space that makes you come alive.

Moving to a new state with no job lined up or home. Every Time we bought a house to flip, finishing it, and being able to sell it quickly and how people loved the home. We bought and flipped a pool company in Sarasota. Taking big steps with Graber Co to grow the bus. Starting a new business in May of 2022 called Shop Graber Co.
