Hi Laura, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started modeling in the early spring of 2020. I started with my local friend that was a photographer and was happy to hear I was interested in modeling. I usually get a lot of compliments everywhere I go, so I figured I should try it. Ever since the one photoshoot I had with my photographer friend, His friends saw my photos and started reaching out to me and their friends started reaching out to me. I felt like I was one of the lucky ones to start my modeling off as “easy” because I had a lot of network connections coming from left and right early on into my career.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Yes and no. I believe it was a very smooth transition for me to rise to the top pretty quickly, but unfortunately, I am not quite used to it yet, so eating healthy and working out and working long hours has been a big adjustment for me.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a model in Tampa Bay, Florida. I do swimwear, fashion, ecommerce and runway. I’m mostly known for my passion for helping others as I love to volunteer with Feeding of Tampa Bay and the American Red Cross of Central Florida. The accomplishments. I’m proud of is pushing myself to my limits and keeping myself consistent when it comes to my career and the person I want to be in the future. I believe what sets me apart from others is that I’m extremely nice and generous. I love talking to people and helping others out as much as I can.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
What most people might not know about me is that I am naturally Burnette! I dyed my hair blonde about one year 1/2 ago. I am currently learning two languages and surprisingly, I am only 5’6!
