Hi Share, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I established Hair Youphoria Extensions because my passion for beauty and hair care began at a young age. As a stylist, it grieved me to witness clients waste money on low-quality hair. At that point, my quest to reintroduce quality to the industry began. This involved extensive research and testing in identifying a high-quality product that would last longer than the average product. After identifying a product that would save consumers money many times over, Hair Youphoria Extensions was born.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As Frederick Douglass once said, without struggle, there is no progress. In the beauty industry, you will notice there is very rarely one brand of product. That variety manifests in pricing, patterns, lengths, and of course, quality. Though people understand that they will get what they pay for, people don’t always understand a high-end product’s value. This has become even more evident with COVID-19. Not only are people who are not engaging in their beauty routines the way they used to due to safety concerns, but competing priorities have also gotten in the way. Naturally, that has put a bit of a damper on the beauty industry as a whole. Thankfully, we have gotten to a place as a society where people feel more comfortable venturing out to resume their normal routines.

Hair Youphoria Extensions is a company that sells high-quality virgin hair. It was established to offer you, the consumer, a euphoric hair extension experience. When the market began to grow, the quality of hair and hair care plummeted. Our goal became to fill in the gaps in service, quality, hair, and educating our clients in hair care. Through our love for the beauty industry, we are inspired to develop a product that would last in workmanship and offer versatility and freedom to our clients after testing numerous vendors and factories from around the world. Hair Youphoria Extensions went from a vision to reality. Hair Youphoria Extension’s proudest accomplishment is its continued commitment to providing a phenomenal product. Our hair is ethically sourced. Therefore, the relationship we’ve garnered with our supplier of over ten years is guaranteed to be of the highest quality. Multi-point inspections reinforce this quality before product acquisition. Our extensions can be reused for up to two years with good care. We pride ourselves on the fact that our extensions are auto-restorative. This means that our extensions can be treated with color and heat but still revert back to their original curl patterns.

Behind every success story is a strong team. Over the years, I’ve interacted with several individuals that have been instrumental in Hair Youphoria Extensions’ success. Each person played an integral role in what Hair Youphoria Extensions has evolved into today — especially my customers. I’ve recently acquired additional cheerleaders, such as my social media manager and friend Brittany Chatman, that have pushed me beyond my limits in ways I could’ve never imagined. I’m used to working behind the scenes to perfect my craft. However, I knew I would have to come from behind the curtain to take Hair Youphoria Extensions to the next level. There’s no way I can call everyone, by the way, because I’m bound to forget someone. However, they all know how valuable their input, support, and tough love has been. I’m eternally grateful for my support team.
