Rising Stars: Meet Terra Tominelli of Tampa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Terra Tominelli.

Terra, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Since launching Pink Sebastian Boutique 8 years ago, the vision has continued to evolve. What began as a mobile and online boutique has grown into a broader fashion and styling experience, and in 2026, I’m intentionally taking Pink Sebastian in an exciting new direction.

I’m shifting my focus beyond traditional retail and moving deeper into fashion styling, closet edits, personal shopping, and fashion production. I love helping women discover what already exists in their wardrobe, what they truly need, and how to create a style that feels authentic to who they are today.

I’m also expanding my role as a fashion producer, creating and producing fashion shows, runway experiences, pop-ups, and collaborations for brands, boutiques, and organizations. I get just as excited behind the scenes curating looks, coordinating models, building the runway energy, and bringing all the moving pieces together as I do styling someone one-on-one. In fall 2026, I will launch a new division, The Bespoke Retail Style & Co., helping independent retailers transform their stores into beautifully styled, on-brand shopping experiences through personalized visual merchandising, creative strategy, styling, content, and events.

The boutique will always be part of the Pink Sebastian story, but the bigger vision is becoming a fashion experience and styling brand. I want Pink Sebastian to be known for creating memorable experiences, making fashion approachable and fun, and helping people feel confident in their own personal style.

For me, 2026 is about evolving from simply selling fashion to creating, styling, producing, and experiencing fashion. I’m excited to launch my newest venture, The Bespoke Retail Style & Co.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and I think that’s an important part of any entrepreneurial story.

Building Pink Sebastian required me to build more than a brand; I had to build trust, credibility, relationships, and a reputation within the community. I spent countless hours participating in pop-ups, producing events, styling, collaborating, and even creating fashion shows and experiences at little to no cost simply to get my name and my work in front of people.

There was a lot of behind-the-scenes work that people didn’t see. I was building a network of vendors, models, photographers, venues, designers, businesses, and community leaders while learning what it takes to bring an entire fashion experience together.

Over time, those relationships became one of my greatest assets. Today, I’m not only a boutique owner or stylist. I’ve become a connector and fashion producer, bringing together the right people, resources, talent, and opportunities to create successful experiences.

The biggest shift for me has been learning to recognize the value of everything I’ve built. After years of giving my time, expertise, creativity, connections, and experience away to establish myself, I’m now at a place where I’m confidently charging for that value.

It wasn’t an overnight success. It was years of showing up, building relationships, proving myself, and earning trust, and I believe that foundation is what makes the next chapter of Pink Sebastian so exciting.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My work sits at the intersection of fashion styling, creative direction, fashion production, and consulting. I specialize in helping clients see themselves differently, whether that’s through personal styling, closet edits, curated shopping experiences, or producing a unique fashion show.

I believe I have an incredible eye for styling. I love putting unexpected pieces together, mixing trends with personality, and creating looks that make people feel confident while still pushing them a little outside their comfort zone. For me, fashion shouldn’t feel intimidating it should feel fun, exciting, and a little bit brave.

I’m also known for creating fun, high-energy fashion shows and experiences. I love taking a traditional runway concept and turning it into something memorable, unexpected, and engaging. I’m not afraid to push boundaries, experiment with concepts, and create moments that get people talking.

What I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve built within the community. I’ve spent years developing relationships with boutiques, designers, models, venues, photographers, businesses, and event partners. I’ve become a connector, someone who can see the bigger picture and bring the right people together to make an idea happen.
What sets me apart is that I don’t believe fashion is simply about clothes. It’s about confidence, connection, creativity, and the experience you create around it. I want my clients to leave feeling like they discovered something new about themselves and maybe a little braver than when they walked in.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
For me, success is waking up and sometimes wanting to pinch myself to make sure this dream job is actually real.

It’s waking up with grace and gratitude, knowing I’m doing work that genuinely brings me joy while making an impact on others’ lives. Success isn’t just measured by revenue or accomplishments; it’s measured by the people I’ve inspired, the confidence I’ve helped create, the connections I’ve made, and the experiences I’ve brought to life.

I feel successful when I can use my creativity, relationships, and talents to open doors for others and give back to the community that has supported me throughout my journey.

At this stage of my life, success is having the freedom to create, the courage to keep evolving, and the privilege of doing what I love while making a difference.

If I can wake up grateful, make someone else feel confident, create something amazing, and give back along the way, that’s success to me.
