Hi Joe, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My career began in network infrastructure, where I spent nearly three decades designing and managing complex technology systems.
Outside of my technology career, I started hosting networking events through Meetup. Through those events, I was introduced to local modeling and photography communities. What began as casual networking quickly evolved into photoshoots, creative collaborations, events, and content production.
I noticed a pattern: when talented people are intentionally brought together in the right environment, opportunities naturally emerge. Models met photographers. Creators met collaborators. Entrepreneurs met partners. Relationships formed, brands grew, and projects launched.
That realization led me to shift from building technology networks to building human networks.
What started as small networking events and creator collaborations eventually evolved into Maven Mansion, Maven Modeling, and Maven Mansion Media.
Today, together with my fiancée and co-founder, Valeria Shevchuk, we build curated creator, media, and lifestyle experiences centered around two ideas: Status as a Service and Social Capital Arbitrage. Our mission is simple: create trusted, high-quality environments where relationships, reputation, and opportunity can flourish.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Oh, not even close. We made tons of mistakes along the way which we’ve rolled up into our Creator Academy on Skool so others can learn from our successes and mistakes. I’m a big believer from learning from others so you can replication their wins and avoid their losses.
