Hi Anita, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My story began with humble roots that taught me the values of resilience, hard work, and gratitude. Those early experiences shaped how I view leadership today. I learned early that success is not handed to you but is rather built through consistency, sacrifice, and believing in yourself even before others see the vision.
As an IT engineer, I built my career by solving complex challenges, leading teams, and learning how technology can transform organizations when it is implemented the right way. Over the years, I gained experience across healthcare systems, business operations, and digital transformation, which gave me a strong foundation in both strategy and execution.
As I grew professionally, I saw a larger opportunity to use technology for something more meaningful: improving healthcare outcomes and helping organizations operate smarter. That vision led me to found ClinDCast, a Florida-based healthcare technology company focused on interoperability, digital transformation, and helping healthcare organizations streamline systems while improving patient care.
What started as a vision has grown into a trusted company serving respected organizations while creating jobs and opportunities for others. Today, I’m proud to lead ClinDCast while also speaking, mentoring students, and encouraging the next generation leaders in technology and business. My journey has taught me that true success is not only what you build, but how many people you help rise along the way.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely has not been a smooth road, but I believe challenges often prepare us for the work we are meant to do. Building a business from the ground up requires courage, persistence, and the ability to keep going even when the results are not immediate. There were many moments where I had to trust my instincts and stay committed to the vision before others fully understood it.
Like many entrepreneurs, I faced challenges such as building credibility, earning trust, hiring the right people, managing growth, and making difficult decisions with limited resources. In healthcare technology, there is also an added layer of responsibility because the work directly impacts systems, teams, and patient outcomes. That means excellence and accountability are non-negotiable.
There were also personal challenges that come with balancing leadership, family, and the constant pressure entrepreneurship can bring. Growth often requires you to stretch emotionally, mentally, and professionally. It teaches you patience and discipline.
Looking back, every obstacle made me stronger. I learned how to lead calmly under pressure, how to adapt quickly, and how to remain grounded in my values no matter the circumstance. Those lessons became just as valuable as any milestone or business win.

We specialize in EHR implementation , interoperability, digital transformation, system integration, data migration and healthcare technology solutions that improve efficiency while strengthening patient outcomes.
Healthcare can be incredibly complex, especially when systems do not communicate effectively. Through my company, ClinDCast, I collaborate with healthcare organizations, hospitals, and partners who are looking to modernize systems, improve interoperability, and create more efficient, patient-centered outcomes. I also work with leadership teams who want to better align technology with real operational impact.
Beyond that, I’m very open to speaking engagements, panels, and workshops where I can share insights on healthcare innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. I especially enjoy opportunities that bring together professionals, students, and emerging leaders who are looking to grow and think differently about the future of healthcare and technology.
A big part of my work is also rooted in mentorship and community. I actively support students and early-career professionals through training programs, guidance, and partnerships with organizations and universities, helping create pathways into healthcare IT and leadership roles.
