Daily Inspiration: Meet Arness Hayes

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arness Hayes.

Hi Arness, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
When I was in middle school, I was playing basketball and I hurt my knee right before the season. You’re in the season. I was very bored and I remembered that I got a camera for Christmas and that’s how my story started my friend one of my closest friends told me to go take pictures at a football tournament, which they called them 7on7 and I took pictures and I got hooked on with a team and I went to different tournament with this team while I was at these tournaments. I will take a pictures of other players to get my name out there and they all like the photos and they all reached back to me and wanted me to take photos for them in the future. That’s how I got a strong base and then when I got accepted into Jesuit high school, that’s when my photography business really skyrocket because I was able to take pictures of so many sports and so many people had my back and supported me the whole way now I am a 10th grader and there so much I haven’t done that I’m I am waiting to do like take pictures of an NFL or NBA or a college game.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My road has been pretty bumpy with transportation, people reaching out, and they never reaching out to me again my schoolwork and my sport that I play involving or getting in my way of what I’ve been trying to do.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a photographer in the Tampa, Bay Area. I am known for taking amazing pictures of athletes, taking pictures of events prom and capturing a good moments for the person and for the family, but I am most proud of is the strong base and supporters I have on my Instagram page, which is Nash visuals. I am happy that that people who are there for me. What set me apart from other people is, I will say my character and my engagement with others and how I always promise and always perform at 100%.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The characteristic that that is very important to my success is a charity and being honest with myself and with others because honesty is a game changer and being responsible. Accountability is also a big thing that helped me.
