Hi Nasir, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
This is Md Nasir Uddin and I have the honor of being a home inspector to be certified by InterNACHI and licensed in the state of Florida, USA. It is a great privilege for me to be able to serve the community in this capacity and provide my expertise to assist in real estate transactions and homeowners’ insurance inspections.
I was born and raised in Bangladesh, and after completing my primary and secondary education, I pursued my higher studies in Political Science at the National University of Bangladesh. In 2003, I obtained my first Post Graduation Degree, and I was determined to continue my education to gain more knowledge and skills. In 2016, I earned my second Post Graduation Degree from Columbia Southern University in Human Resource Management, located in Orange Beach, Alabama, USA. I started working as a home inspector in 2012 and gained necessary experience in the field. I have been working in the industry for several years now, and my passion for this work continues to grow each day.
As a Certified Master Home Inspector (CMI) by InterNACHI and licensed in the state of Florida, I am qualified to inspect various types of properties, including residential and commercial buildings, mobile homes, and more. My services cover a wide range of inspections, including general home inspections, commercial building inspections, windstorm mitigation inspections, four-point inspections, tie-down inspections, and FHA, VA & Conventional engineering inspections.
I am proud to serve the community in Polk, Pasco, Hillsborough, Osceola, Highlands, Lake, Hardee, Hernando, Sumter, Marion, Manatee and Citrus counties of Florida, and I am committed to providing high-quality services to my clients. I believe that communication is crucial, and I make sure to communicate with my clients throughout the inspection process and address any concerns they may have.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Customers satisfaction is always a challenge in the home inspection industry which also a main driver to continuously focus on every single inspection/ client.
