Today we’d like to introduce you to Geodie Baxter Padgett.
Hi Geodie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
As a child, I didn’t think anything of seeing spirits, having prescient dreams or knowing information about others. I was a very intelligent and creative young girl and just naturally assumed everyone did the same. Later, however, I determined that these experiences were not occurring in the same way with my family or friends. At that point, I started wondering what to do with all of this. Then one day, I got it! These were gifts to develop and share so I could help others grow, heal, love, and find their paths in life.
After that, I moved to New York City where I had the opportunity to study my craft. Through classes, a mentorship and lots of practice, I learned how to develop and work with my energy in constructive ways designed to help others. Later, I ventured westward to San Francisco where I studied more and began practicing.
Today, after nearly four decades of professional practice and continued learning and growth, I work in these disciplines: psychic, Tarot, evidential mediumship, and astrology including astrocartography. I guess you could say I’ve learned a lot!
I also founded the Concierge Spiritual Success Program, a program for women entrepreneurs and businesswomen. And, I’m excited that at the beginning of 2026, I will release the publication Taming Mercury Retrograde: 21 Ways to Handle Mercury Retrograde with Less Stress and More Smiles. My hope is to help people navigate the challenges and gifts of each Mercury retrograde.
Beyond all of this, I enjoy teaching classes and workshops in these areas as well as working one-on-one with students in mentorships. In addition to my spiritual work, I write, edit and teach. I hold a Master’s Degree in Exceptional Student Education and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and have years of experience in business. Through it all, I still make time to learn and grow personally, professionally and spiritually.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Well, just like life, it’s been a combination of smooth roads and challenges. The first real challenge I faced was what to do with this ability. Because I’d had this gift from birth, it took years to recognize how I could help others with it.
Later, my biggest challenge was visibility. I had held other jobs that I loved and was very good at, but if certain people found out what I did spiritually, I would have lost the job or had other repercussions. It’s one of the reasons I chose a professional name, Rose Claire, and it took several years before I felt comfortable being open about who I am and what I do.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

Through Rose Claire, I offer psychic, psychic-Tarot, evidential mediumship and astrology readings. I love working with clients in any of these areas. What really makes a difference for my clients is my ability to take intuitive, highly spiritual energy and make it understandable and applicable. From Spirit to the real world, I say. My clients walk away with tools and support they can use to better their lives and with an understanding of their own spiritual connection.
As my work has evolved, I am so proud of the integrity and commitment to helping others that forms the backbone of Rose Claire. I adhere to a strong ethical code and want to ensure that my clients are equipped with the resources they need to live the life they want including strengthening their relationships, expanding their businesses or careers and deepening their own spirituality, however they define it. All in all, it’s an incredibly empowering and rewarding process.
CONCIERGE SPIRITUAL SUCCESS PROGRAM
This program is something I’ve been hatching for years, and I am blessed that it has finally came to fruition. The program alchemizes business know-how with spiritual guidance and tools; it’s designed for women in business or female entrepreneurs and is tailored to their specific needs. To accomplish this, I use business plans and spiritual practices and then take the time to develop customized tools and strategies (both business and spiritual) for each woman in the group.
The main reason I created this program was to help women succeed at their life’s calling. The program invokes the strength of both sides of the brain (left-logical and practical and right-intuitive and spiritual) to give women the edge in business. It’s deeply encouraging to witness the transformation and growth in participants’ businesses in ways that truly align with who they are.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success is a blend of abundance, alignment and gratitude. Real success, for me, brings all of these elements into the light.
