After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Marketing, he took his skills and applied them to Grey Eagle Strategies.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
When I left the United States Air Force, I didn’t have a business plan, investors, or a network waiting for me. What I did have was a vision — to build something that combined the discipline and leadership I learned in the military with my passion for strategy and communication. Starting Grey Eagle Strategies from scratch was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. The political world is a tight circle — competitive, closed off, and built on long-standing relationships. I faced a lot of closed doors, unanswered emails, and long nights wondering if I had taken on more than I could handle.
But every challenge pushed me to learn, adapt, and find new ways to connect. I started networking everywhere I could — from small local meetings to online forums — building relationships one conversation at a time. I focused on bringing integrity, innovation, and modern digital tools to an industry that often resisted change. Slowly, one campaign at a time, Grey Eagle Strategies began to grow.
What started as a laptop and a dream has become a full-scale political consulting firm redefining how campaigns are run in the new age of technology — blending old-school work ethic with cutting-edge strategy. Looking back, the struggles were what built the foundation. They taught me that success doesn’t come from connections — it comes from persistence, faith, and never losing sight of why you started.
