Today we’d like to introduce you to Taciele Santos.
Hi Taciele, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started this journey alone, with limited funds for better equipment, working hard as a freelancer while barely getting any sleep, and for seven years, I moved through agencies and design studios, learning and growing until I finally made the decision to start my own journey. From the beginning, I knew I wanted to create a space where creativity, elegance, and collaboration could live together, and where women could lead and inspire through design, ACSA STUDIO was born as a small independent project, rooted in the belief that visual communication can be both subtle and powerful, what began as a personal exploration of minimalism and balance has grown into a full studio focused on refined, timeless design and today, I run ACSA STUDIO alongside with other worldwide creative minds. Our work continues to attract clients who value quiet sophistication and clear visual storytelling, ACSA is a stylized version of “a casa”, meaning “the house” in Portuguese, this is what I want people to feel: at home, welcomed, a creative space built to feel like home, where visuals speak, brands breathe, and every detail is crafted with intention. A home full of ideas.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey has been full of challenges, starting with limited resources meant making tough choices, investing in skills over equipment, and learning to do more with less and It took years of consistent work to be taken seriously, especially as a woman starting her own studio, there were moments of doubt and exhaustion where I questioned if it was worth it. But those struggles shaped everything about me and the studio today, they taught me patience, intentionality, and staying true to a vision even when it’s difficult.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
My work is inspired by music, art, architecture, and crafts. I see design as a quiet language of emotion and balance. I’m a designer and also a photographer, and I run a small personal project where I talk about music with friends one of my biggest creative influences, I’m specializing in branding for luxury design, a passion that allows me to blend elegance, storytelling, and artistic sensitivity and I’m known for my hyperfocus on crafting designs with exceptional quality and rich attention to detail
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
Good luck gave me a few open doors, but it was my work that kept me relevant. I just make sure to be prepared for anything and to never depend on circumstances that I can’t control.
