We recently had the chance to connect with precious Love and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning precious, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
The moment that made me feel most proud was when I fully relaunched my fashion agency, Forever Lamode. I successfully hosted my own Style Clinic focused on the Essence of Personal Style—a milestone that had been a long time coming. The experience truly pushed me into overdrive and reignited my passion for fashion and empowerment. I’m now preparing to host my second event this December, Faith & Fashion. These clinics have shown me the power of trusting others who genuinely believe in my vision and are committed to my growth.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Precious Love: The Image Builder
Thank you for having me. My name is Precious Love, and I’m the founder of Forever Lamode — a Fashion and Image Consulting Agency that merges artistry, identity, and empowerment. What makes my brand unique is our mission to create beauty from what others overlook. I believe, “There is nothing so useless that it can’t be made new.” Through Forever Lamode, I help individuals rediscover their confidence and divine purpose through fashion.
With over a decade of experience as a professional stylist, my work has been featured in Tampa Bay and Miami Fashion Weeks, as well as Essence, Jet, Revived, and Bold Journey Magazine. Guided by my philosophy, “Clothes are for the now, but a garment is for a lifetime,” I see fashion as timeless self-expression and a powerful tool for transformation.
Currently, I’m expanding my reach by hosting global Style Clinics and releasing my upcoming book, both dedicated to helping people align their image with their purpose. For me, fashion isn’t just about what you wear — it’s about who you are becoming.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
Wow, that is such a powerful question. I would have to say the person who saw me before I could see myself was my late Godmother, Rosemary. She was a brilliant woman who loved both fashion and knowledge. The level of creativity she carried was unlike any other. She invested deeply in making sure I loved myself and stood confidently in who I am.
Without her influence, I wouldn’t have learned how to see a problem and use both creativity and intellect to solve it. She was a proud New Yorker who loved life and believed in making an impact wherever she went. When others saw my gift, she saw my destiny and heart.
I miss her greatly, and in her honor, I’m making it my mission to establish a nonprofit called “Forever Rose.” Its purpose is to nurture and develop creative individuals who refuse to be limited by the world’s systems — people who are ready to create, lead, and shine from within.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Whew, I almost gave up — I’m joking, but honestly, planning this event tested me in every way. These past few years, I wouldn’t call them failures, but rather intentional seasons of development and strengthening. I’ve faced situations in business that would have made many people give up, but those experiences taught me so much about myself and about what it truly takes to build something lasting.
Each challenge came with its own price — pain, tears, and hard work — but also invaluable lessons. I’m grateful for every test because, in the end, it shaped me into the woman and entrepreneur I am today.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
fe is more than a moment — it’s destiny being lived out years after I’m gone.
My deepest desire is to leave a mark on the earth that pleases God and brings both reformation and transformation. I want to be remembered for my heart, my love, and my strength — for building something that’s not just material, but influential.
I want my life to be a blueprint for others who dare to trailblaze, even when no path exists. My legacy will be made up of a woman born from pain but who chose to live from joy.
I am a woman born from pain but determined to live from joy. I didn’t just love fashion — I took nothing and turned it into something beautiful and purposeful. To me, being a creative isn’t about abstract ideas; it’s about seeing the unseen and transforming it into a living work of art that reflects God’s grace.
My legacy will FOREVER be a story of what God’s grace can do through me.
