Today we’d like to introduce you to Weidenbacher Otilia.
Hi Weidenbacher, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Born and raised in Moldova, former USSR republic. College degree and grad school work in Semiconductor Cellar Cells (Physics). Moved to Budapest Hungary in 1992, Became a mom to an amazing son, Matyas Miklos. Married my English teacher and friend in 2001, and in 2002 we followed my husband to the US. Sadly divorced shortly after. Got a job in the PEO/HR Outsourcing industry where I’d done very well, in sales. In 2022 got my yoga licensed and decided to leave the PEO world as an employee and offer consulting on the side, I am a PEO broker now (Lumina Business Solutions). In 2023 I met my true love, Marcel Weidenbacher at a CABA networking event. This year we got married in March, and the same month I quit my job in the PEO industry (last employer was Abel HR, with whom I parted ways as friends). Currently I am the CEO of CLASSIC MARTIAL ART DBA MARCEL WEIDENBACHER PROGRAMS. And living my dream life teaching yoga for adults, taekwondo and qigong for children and also helping corporations with a number of programs, from leadership and personal management for executive teams, to payroll and benefits and HR consulting.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
well, to grow a small business is always a bumpy road as you put it, but hard work and focus, plus ethics and discipline will always bring results. I am also extremely goal oriented and try to go SMART about setting them (they have to be specific, measurable, etc
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are a Personal Management Organization that is focused on helping others in several ways. We help individuals and small to medium sized businesses with streamlining their processes, improving the staff members’s health and overall performances as humans and ultimately save them costs.
What does success mean to you?
My view of success is a bit unorthodox. I’ve seen it all, people who make a lot of money fast and thing they achieved something significant. I honestly think that our Destiny is to be of Service. You can be of service 3 ways: service of other people, service of animals or service to God.
Success for me is when we manage to touch a heart, help people eliminate stress and anxiety and focus on their core values like family and health,
