Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Sharee Mandel of Tampa

We recently had the chance to connect with Sharee Mandel and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Sharee, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned about your customers?
There are various emotions involved with everyone during any transaction. Regardless of what someone is experiencing, a small act of kindness can make a big difference!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Title Agent and Real Estate Paralegal, I take pride in being your Personal Title Insurance Agent. I provide complete support around the clock, focusing on you and your business.

*You don’t work 9-5, so why should your Title Agent? And

*Whether you’re getting ready for a Listing Appointment or submitting or accepting an offer, remember, “You can’t work the numbers without the numbers.” I’ve noticed that many Realtors succeed because they have the numbers readily available for their clients. Your Branded Net Sheets are just a text away, available 24/7.

In addition to personally overseeing your Residential or Commercial Transactions, I offer thorough group or one-on-one educational sessions on specific topics that the State Real Estate Course doesn’t cover (like Title Commitment, Municipal Lien Searches, FIRPTA, FinCen, 1031, Probate, and more).

Having your own Personal Title Agent as part of your power team is a significant advantage for your business.

Feel free to contact me on my personal cell at 727-359-6898, anytime, including weekends and evenings. I’m confident you’ll find my service and support to be exceptional and refreshing.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
Life can be a real roller coaster at times.
Regardless of what’s happening in your life, work remains essential. When you arrive at work and put in your absolute best, everything else tends to align perfectly.

Is there something you miss that no one else knows about?
I long for the days of being on stage. During my childhood and teenage years, I participated in musical theatre. It’s been roughly 30 years since I last performed on stage.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
I consider myself a straightforward individual. I believe it’s best to be truthful and direct rather than to sugarcoat or conceal anything. There isn’t a moment that passes when someone leaves my company and questions what I’m thinking. What you observe is precisely what you receive.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
I put in my absolute best in everything I undertake. I truly believe that going the extra mile ensures the job is completed effectively and correctly. Customers will appreciate that strong work ethic.
